We contacted Ken while browsing apartments and brokers late at night and he got back to us promptly the next morning. What’s more, he took us out that very next day, right after work on a Friday, because that’s the time that worked for us, I’m really glad he could squeeze us in! He asked us a few questions about our background and search criteria, then lined up several apartments that fit our budget and interests. It was an honest and refreshing change from the many ripoffs and upsells that we found on craigslist.
We wound up going with a different broker, in the end, but Ken showed a genuine commitment to finding our best fit. Nobody else really seemed to care like that, it was all about offloading their portfolio. Ken knows his stuff and he’s a pleasure to work with, I’ll certainly recommend him to anybody who’s looking for a friendly and professional broker.

I contacted Ken on a listing he had at 8pm on a sunday night. To my surprise, he was with a client in my neighborhood. So at 9:30pm at night, after he was done with his client, he showed me the apartment I asked for plus 2 other ones that he thought I would like. He was very honest and hard working, didn’t pressure me into getting a place. I highly recommend him if you are looking for someone that will is honest and will listen to what you want.

Ken helped me lease a beautiful 1 bedroom in Manhattan. Apartment hunting in the city is a huge pain but Ken really went out of his way to make the process as easy as possible. No way I would have been able to land the apartment I got if it weren’t for his efforts.
