I don’t know about the staff in 2010 – but the 2014 staff – Jennaliz, Michelle, and Tiffany are fabulous.
I went to the recent sale and they were so helpful – not a bit pushy. I sent three friends and they experienced the same thoughtful, gracious attention. All three of the ladies have impeccable taste and were patient in suggesting items that were affordable to me (think deep reductions) and items that were suitable to me. Myself and my friends are going to be regulars there – especially at there semiannual sales!! – WHAT GREAT VALUE DURING THE SALE.
I have brought my friends there and they are Links of London looney too!
