We ordered three cakes for an all-​staff appreciation and they were BEAUTIFUL! Satako is SO talented. Our staff was completely blown away. The cakes were so much more creative than I ever could have imagined. Satako was lovely and very easy to work with. She accommodated all of our requests. She packaged the cakes very well and helped me get them into my cab. I will use her again for my next event!

Satoko made the most amazing cake for my husband’s thirtieth birthday party! The cake looked amazing and was delicious! She made the exact design as I asked! She took great care in getting all the details onto the cake!

I found Satoko on etsy as I was looking for someone to make custom cupcakes in the shape of molars. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Responds immediately via phone, text or email… created four custom flavors as well as an awesome cupcake stand. They were super delicious and a huge hit! Thanks for everything and I can’t wait for her to make something in the future. I uploaded a picture for your reference. How cute are they! ;)

Satoko is in one word, AWESOME! This review is a bit overdue as she did my son’s 1^st birthday safari themed cupcakes in July. Not only were they delicious, but she nailed the designs. They were definitely the perfect ending to a perfect Central Park 1^st birthday. I’ve recommended her to others and plan to use her in the future. You won’t be disappointed.

My daughter loves to dance so we wanted her second birthday to have a ballerina princess theme. Satoko had a great idea of incorporating my daughter’s favorite cartoon character, Angelina Ballerina into the cake design. It was a work of art! It was perfectly adorned with layers, pearls, butterflies and flowers but most importantly it had a handcrafted edible Angelina figurine in the center. My daughter and everyone at the party was absolutely wowed. It was too pretty to cut but well worth it, as it was very tasty as well! It was an absolute hit! Satoko is an amazing artist that helped us create wonderful memories!

Satoko’s cakes are delicious works of art! She made a Bay Blade chocolate cake for my son’s 7^th birthday which was a total success! The kids loved the 3D design and the fact that they could eat the Bay Blades. The chocolate cake was so good that I have order it several times now for dinner parties and it is always a big success! Oh, it is also reasonably priced.

We don’t splash out and have huge parties for our kids but I have always tried to make sure they had a cake that was somewhat special. For a while, I was able to cobble together their requests. This year my four-​year-​old requested unicorns, rainbows and bunnies on her cake — far more than my meager skills could accomplish. Satoko made it happen beautifully! She also incorporated a particular request for marzipan. The result was a gorgeous vanilla cake with a marzipan layer, ganache frosting and then a unicorn, rainbow, bunny tableau! My daughter was delighted and my friends duly impressed. I should add, when my son requested a Comet cake (wth?!), Satoko pulled together — literally — an out of this world creation. Satoko’s a true cake artist! PLUS her cakes are delicious!
