**This review is for the bunny website. Wow, the website is HORRIBLE! It is super glitch-y. Plenty of times, the prices of shoes on the main page of the site don’t reflect the actual shoes prices when added to cart… so bad!!! The customer service is completely lousy too. I emailed them several times through their website with no answer. I have also tried calling them many times– no answer!!! It makes me bummed to leave a negative review for them– the shoes are adorable. Since I discovered the brand(through my sister) three years ago, I have probably bought ten pairs of flats from them… it’s just that this past month their poorly kept website and nonexistent customer service has left me considering purchasing my go-to flats elsewhere.

I went to Le Bunny Bleu(which is actually the the«shoe corner» of Trinity Place) because I purchased an in-store Groupon. Overall, I was impressed. The employees were super helpful and very friendly. Normally I like to do shopping on my own, with minimal interference, but was surprised with how pleasant the customer service was. I didn’t get to check out the rest of the store, but am pleased with the two pairs of shoes I bought.
