I used Amanda to get through a housing issue that came up. She was extremely professional and made sure to explain everything to me, and better yet making sure I understood everything, before we moved forward and took action. She was super quick to respond to all my questions and met with me throughout the whole process whenever we needed too — I definitely didn’t feel like she was blowing me off or i was just another person in her stable of clients. I had the issue resolved quickly and cleanly and I think a lot of it had to do with her handling of it.

I’m new to NYC and the east coast, and I ended up with a bit of a traffic infraction… who knew you can’t turn right on a red light?!
