Kitchen Cabinet Kings

I ordered from them 2 years ago and it went great. That was 2 years ago. since then it seems they have gone downhill. This time They had 2 of the cabinets on back order, when in fact it said on line they were in stock. I went through the whole ordering process, and they charged my card the full amount, before they called & told me they were going to have to ship the 2 cabinets more than a week after the other cabinets shipped. The first round of cabinets took 2 & a half weeks to get here, and they said they’ll ship the other cabinets next week. They wouldn’t even expedite shipping. My whole kitchen is being held up while they ship the sink cabinet. Obviously without the sink cabinet we have no sink and no kitchen. I called the day my back-​ordered cabinets were supposed to ship, and they said they hadn’t shipped and they would ship the following Monday. I called the following Monday to see if they had shipped and they said they had not shipped and they would ship Friday. They said the cabinets were in but they didn’t have enough trucks. I’m still waiting for the cabinets and they have charged my card over $ 4000.
