They have great sales at the end of the season. And they have a great curated selection of designer pieces. I love their neon light sign when you walk in. Very cute!

Very unhelpful staff and the manager was«too busy» to come and and solve a query of mine. The reason I came into the store is because the they never answer emails or phone calls. You’d think if you’ve explained all this, someone would be treating you with a bit more importance; you are selling $ 1,000 shoes after all! Nope, was so put off by the useless and obnoxious staff I won’t be returning. Such a shame that a gorgeous boutique is let down by uncouth staff.

Kirna Zabete was having an awesome sale during cyber week so I ordered 2 Phillip Lim Pashlis. I was super excited about my buy but the next day I got an email telling me that they sold out of the purse that I already ordered. I was disappointed but understandably inventory mistakes can happen especially during cyber monday/week. Later in the day, I got a call from a random number in NY and it happened to be Carolyn from Kirna Zabete.(Luckily I picked up!) She called to apologize about the inventory mistake and explained that she actually did have the purses and they were mine! She just needed to process my CC again as they already refunded my original transaction. The process of re-ordering the purses over the phone was a breeze w/Carolyn. My purses shipped in 1 day and I couldn’t be more happy! It seems they have a great selection of items from mid-high end designers(chloe, givenchy, celine) I’ll definitely make a trip there the next time I go to NYC. =)

So ill start off by stating the obvious… think of it as a Webster(Miami) It has a little bit of everything thats cool as far as mid to high end designers. They have a great selection of handbags(Celine etc) However, get rid of you smack talking poor excuse of a security guard. Whats wrong with retail employees nowadays, are you really allowed to talk back to customers? I had the most annoying episode with one of your guys and it was enough to walk the heck out. Im not buying a single purse etc at a place that employees such rude people. Its a shame because the sales staff that have helped me in the past have been great and very helpful. Get rid of that dude or get them etiquette classes.
