It’s been a long time since I’ve experienced customer service at such a high and genuine level. Mercedes the manager was so full of information and concern for my comfort and style. Every aspect of the experience made me feel like I was getting attention to my wants and needs in a shoe as well as concerns. The shoes I ended up with are comfortable and look great with my business attire and class up a blue jean casual look. Thanks for taking time to help me find the right fit!

I was received the best and most genuine service of our 5 months in New York here. I was served by Brittany here about 4 weeks ago, and she was so helpful! She actually listened to what i wanted in a shoe (something most places seem to fall down on), and went the extra mile in sourcing out the shoes I wanted when they weren’t available at the store.
On top of this, the place has got really good quality, beautiful looking shoes, I ended up buying 2 pairs (quite strange for myself).
I definitely will return on my next visit to NY!
