Pretty sloppy. I took in two pairs of shoes — both needed new heels, and one needed new insoles. The pair that only needed heels came out fine, but the pair with the insoles came back with glue all over them. Additionally, the heel on that pair was very sloppily done and I had to try to make them look better myself once I got home with the assistance of some acrylic paint.
Also to note: he accepts cash-​only and wants payment up front, before the work has been done.
The owner seems like a very sweet man, but I will probably not go back.
