Kept trying to get the links on my Fossil watch off by myself because it was way too big for me. They took a look at it, told me it’d be $ 8, and got it done in about 10 minutes. I don’t know a lot about how much these things cost, but it seemed like a reasonable price to me and the service was quick!

Love this place. They fixed the my defective watch band on the spot for only $ 10. I had taken it to multiple jewelers in the past few days and they either said they couldn’t fix it, or gave me estimates of over $ 50. These guys were extremely upfront about risks and timing and prices and I appreciated their honesty and persistence and care so much. In the end, they were able to fix the watch band in about 10 – 15 minutes!

Nice customer service, but a rip off. $ 5 to just close the back of a stubborn watch which literally took 1 minute. I don’t know about that… Bad first impression.

Very unprofessional.
We went to ask for a price for resizing an engagement ring. A few days later, we came back with the ring and the price was no longer the same — it was higher. All of a sudden they acted as if they have never seen us before… DO NOT GO HERE!!! There is a really nice store just few blocks away with great customer service and awesome prices!!! DRD Jewelry on 104th and Amsterdam. Also after we went for different location we realized that this place is pretty pricey too!!! Good luck

friendly and prompt service! brought a friend of mine to get his fiancé’s engagement ring here and they were able to provide us with the DL on how the diamond industry works and how pricing is calculated. super informative and passionate staff.

Although the location is no longer convenient for me, I keep returning here due to the fine service I always receive here. Usually, I’m just buying a replacement wristband or getting a new battery – though there are many watches in my price range for sale (Timex and Casio, for example). Today’s visit was typical of the shop’s competence and integrity: after examining my Timex, I was informed that the battery was fine, but the contacts were not properly aligned, and needed to be adjusted – which was then done without charge. I then bought a handsome replacement watchband for $ 15; what more could you ask for?

UNPROFESSIONAL. These people don’t know what they are doing. Their English is very bad and even when you speak slowly and try to help them, they grow very defensive and, I have seen, even yell at people. NOT RECOMMENDED.

This place is wonderful! They have great hours, prices, and service.
I had several items repaired there and they did it quickly and skillfully. I had a watch that they were unable to repair; they called me immediately to let me know and refunded me in cash. I also had my engagement ring appraised in 30 minutes for insurance purposes.
All the other work I had done was phenomenal: a chain repair, ring repair, and adding pearls to a necklace (they even gave me a great deal on the pearls!).
It also felt great to support a mom-​and-​pop business. They’ve been around for 27 years!

I love this place! I have gone to their store three times so far, having fixed two watches and one sunglasses. Every time, the staff fixed my item in less than 10 minutes for 6 dollars or so. They are very sincere and I always feel happy after. I do recommend to anyone who has loose glasses, a broken watch or jewelry!

A really good place to get your watch fixed. I went to get 2 watches fitted and one battery changed. Really good prices for the service and fast too; 15 minutes to fix all three. I definitely recommend this to anyone.

I went to Jewelry Land to get all of my batteries replaced for my watches and ended up getting my wife’s rings and bracelets polished as well. Amazing service and cost efficient. Other places charged me double and wasn’t good as Jewelry Land. I highly recommend this place.
Great for: Watch Repairs (high end) — Movado, Rolex and higher end…

Replaced missing crystals in costume jewelry and shortened a bracelet at very reasonable rates. Up close the crystal on the necklace doesn’t quite match but on the earring, I can’t tell. So, not bad.

They repair My Watch after I found out that It wasn’t the Battery Problem,
Movement had a Problem and They said They had to Replace it to New one. I paid about $ 50 for it.
I haven’t wear this watch for a few weeks and tried a couple times, It stopped as same way when I worn third time.
I had to bring it back to this store again, a few days later they called me and Watch is Ready for pick up.
I asked him What was the problem??? He said exact same thing, Movement was no Good and had to replace it.
Are you serious? You just replace it to new one about 1 month ago…
and He started acting like don’t understand english or something.
Anyway I can not trust these people and DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE! unless you don’t care about your watches or jewelry. Wasting time and money.

Really appreciated the insanely quick and cheap ($ 6) watch battery change. Service was great. Besides changing watch batteries, they also have a great inexpensive but reliable watch selection (the usual casio, timex, and the nicer citizen watches) and some jewelry that I didn’t have time to look at because my watch battery replacement was so fast.
