Love this place! Bought all of my jewelry stands here in black leather and all of my packaging. Emma is amazing and very helpful. They aren’t going to sell you something you don’t need. Even offered close out suggestions for certain items to help me save some money. Every penny counts when you are starting a business.
Very thankful to them and I’ve been back several times. They remember my name when I walk in and are extremely patient.

Jaya, the manager (I believe) is very unprofessional. She treats new business as if your business is such an invonvenience to her. Its as if she has ADHD when you are talking to her because she can’t seem to pay attention. Overall, the service she provides is terrible. There are, however, more competent workers there.

Yet one more business that doesn’t support charity… amazing to us how many NYC business will not lend product for charity events. Called to borrow 2 – 3 displays for an animal shelter silent auction-wouldn’t even consider it.

I was very happy with my trip to the store. I was helped right away by the woman behind the counter, who was very pleasant. I had previously checked them out online since I tend to buy more online than I do in person with certain items for my business. But then they had a location in NY so I figured I’d save myself the shipping. My only slight disappointment was that they only had two of the mirrors from their website but they had one of the two I planned on buying and it’s perfect for my show in particular next month.

This place is rad. Their selection is unreal. The necklace stand I bought here for $ 7 is still in perfect working order after several months and TONS of use. Good place to buy plastic jewelry baggies too. The employees were really patient with me.
