Completely disorganized. Entire shelves were empty. But, the worst was the fact that«Entire Store 50% Off» however they charged me full price. If you’re not going to give the discount then why plaster signs around the store?! I later returned not more than two hours to return a calendar for $ 9.99. I could go to Target and get $ 1 calendars and even better quality. However, it said on the receipt that no returns for seasonal and reduced items. Calendars are not seasonal, they are for sale year round. Yes, I should’ve watched the cash register screen, but nevertheless terrible Hallmark. Get your gifts and cards elsewhere.

This place is your standard Hallmark store and it’s located on the 2nd floor of the Manhattan Mall. A month ago, the store was on the verge of closing and everything was 50% off. When I went today, apparently only Easter things were 50% off. I didn’t even notice that most things weren’t 50% off and so I picked out 3 cards to buy and was checking out and it was more expensive that I expected. So I asked the cashier and she said these were not 50% off. Afterwards, I asked the other worker(who happened to be closer to me) about the store closing and he said they weren’t closing, but simply restocking. Really strange indeed. I never heard of a store that was on the brink of closing come back to life…

Great variety of cards and little gifts. The store was neat and clean. They have cards for every occasion in different price ranges.

This Crown Hallmark sits inside Manhattan Mall on the second level. Their selection of greeting cards has declined greatly with the digital age overpowering the paper goodies world. This enhances my desire to continue creating my OWN birthday cards for personalization direct from MY heart! I hate mass produced greeting cards for the lack thereof personalization without inhabiting a story. However, this Hallmark’s gift department still entails a good selection along with their party department. I came here specifically for simple birthday candles at $ 1.40 which Hallmark has downgraded for quality and color options. Low and behold my very inactive Crown Hallmark Rewards membership no longer functions. Ergo, forced to register for a new card with an very inexperienced cashier was abject painful which equates to pulling teeth. To add further pain, this same cashier did not distributed my change of $.40 out of $ 2.00 for misery birthday candles at $ 1.40, AIJA! Unfortunately this cashier is the sole employee on site at the time of my visit.

Took me a while to find this listing but it was well worth it! I found out that it’s because this is a privately owned Hallmark, rather than a corporate store(or something like that). The selection was great, the store was clean and the person at the register was nice. Definitely a good place to drop by if you’re in the KTown area(or macys) and are in need of a greeting card!
