I ordered a Green gem stretch bracelet online. It was EXPENSIVE($ 95), but I fell in love with the color! When it arrived I was shocked as it it turned out all the stones were PLASTIC and HOTGLUED in! There was hot glue strands coming off of the stones on many of the gold metal settings the stones were glued into. The green stones were transparent and you could see the hot glue underneath them! Some of the stones were glued in crooked!!! I just was completely shocked that a supposed high end shop would sell and ship out something like this… Just Shocked!!! When I called the store, they were rude, abrupt, offered no apologies, and no return! Never never again! I still stick to Nordstrom’s for ALL my costume jewelry. Nordstroms treats their customers with class and respect!

Wow– worst service I’ve experienced in a while. The salespeople were unprofessional, rude and didn’t know anything about the products. They were pretty much chasing out customers over the holidays… I might not have cared as much if they carried amazing things, but overall it’s pretty overpriced for cheaply made costume jewelry.

I bought a pair of simple studs here this summer. Within a month, one of them broke. I returned the pair to the store and they sent them out for repair(with no apology). The first day of wearing them after picking them up, one broke again. I brought them back to the store. Again. While the store seemed full of people who worked there, I had to ask someone to help me. When I explained the situation and told them I did not want them to repair the earrings, but give me a new pair, they said ok but they would still have to send them to the«repair center», and they would call me when my new ones were in… That makes zero sense to me. I asked if they could please send me the new pair as I had already been inconvenienced, and they said sure… as long as I paid for shipping!!! The service has been so awful, I will never shop there again.

Such an amazing small space that is bursting at the seams with a mix of costume and fine jewelry. The selection and range of styles garentees one will find something they love.

I just received the Gold Plated Faux Diamond Link bracelet. Are you kidding me. I’ve bought better quality costume jewelry at Charming Charlies. The price was $ 250, I would not pay more than $ 25. I don’t understand the good reviews. I could of paid a few hundred more dollars for«real» jewelry.

This is one of four Jennifer Miller stores. Two are in the Hamptons and the other one is in Palm Beach. As one would guess from the locations of the stores, this is an upscale shopping experience. Every piece of jewelry and item in the store has been either designed or handpicked by Jennifer. The prices run the gamut, as costume jewelry is mixed with the real stuff and, to be honest, you really cannot tell the difference most times! I’ve received compliments on everything I’ve ever purchased from Jennifer Miller, and have also been able to find some great gifts there. There’s not one distinct style in the store, either, which has allowed me to find things for myself(I’m in my mid-twenties), older friends/family members, and women with totally different senses of style from me. In addition, and this is really important, you will always receive excellent service in the store. Jennifer or her husband are almost always there and the girls who work in the stores are professional and very helpful.

Excellent, chic selection of fine and faux jewelry that is in-trend and attention-grabbing. This shop is like a tiny, white mirrored jewelry box on Lexington Avenue. There is a little bench in the shop window, decorated with posh, plush pillows, where any male shopping companions in tow can linger. Your friends will DEFINITELY ask about the pieces you bought at Jennifer Miller. Jen has a great eye, and she really knows jewelry. She shops the trade shows, and she knows what women like. Plus, she is a *very* stylish woman. The high-intensity cubic zirconia studs, available in a selection of sizes and white or yellow gold, should be the foundation of every 20-something girl’s jewelry box. The staff are typically young, but they are very knowledgeable about every piece of jewelry in the store. You shouldn’t feel shy about asking whether something is fine or faux. Aside from jewelry, Jen has historically kept a nice selection of other lovely things in store… leather passport holders for the jet set, cute clutch purses, wrap sweaters, and handmade Spanish-style silk robes(designed by a former colleague). If you need a gift for a girlfriend(ask for gift-wrap and a small blank card!), or if you just WANT something for yourself… you should swing by Jennifer Miller. One caveat: it’s definitely an ‘uptown’ shopping experience, and several customers are of a more graceful age. Ask the salesgirls what they’ve been wearing lately, and you can find some younger, cooler pieces. No matter what you end up buying, you’ll leave happy. [full disclosure: I once worked at Jennifer Miller]
