Some of the best customer service I’ve ever received.
I’ve done a fair amount of shopping the world over; NYC, Boston, Las Vegas, London, etc. In that time, I don’t think a single sales associate did as good a job as Scott did.
Scott was professional and extremely knowledgeable while maintaining a friendly, relaxed atmosphere. At many stores, even the high end ones on 5^th ave or Savile Row, you get the feeling that unless you’re about to spend 100k on a fashion holiday, the salesmen and women aren’t really interested in helping you. Not the case here; it was a fantastic shopping experience from start to finish.
Scott is a fantastic representative for his brand, and I suggest that anyone looking for a top-​tier experience ask for him by name.

To quote another Unilocaler «AVOID. This is the worst Boss location I’ve had the misfortune of going to. I think you’d encounter more enthusiasm if you tried selling ice to Eskimos.»
The selection here is very limited and even though the carry the «Selection» Boss collection it doesn’t make up for being a horrible store.
The employees are rude and condescending. I get that you’re a wannabe model/​hipster/​actor but get the stick out of your ass and assist your customers. When I walked in all the employees were congregated around the cash register and waiting for their lunch dates. They couldn’t be bothered and after spending 30 minutes in there and without anyone saying anything I left.
I would not recommend this store and I would suggest buying Hugo Boss from Nordstroms.

this place has horrible service. the tailor looked at the loose-​fitting suit and said it looked fine and for *US* to tell him what was wrong. He was also half chewing on his lunch as he came out. it was kinda gross for a store like Huge Boss. SOO different from the service at Bergdorf, Saks, Armani and other Boss locations.

I went here to buy a tuxedo for my wedding. I had already picked the tuxedo at another Boss location, so all they needed to do was take my measurements. Their service was lethargic and apathetic. The tailor did not care at all about helping me get a well-​fitting tuxedo. My pants were practically falling off, but I had to point that out to him — someone who should know more than me about how clothes are supposed to fit. Every other aspect of my visit was marred by the same lack of attention.

One of the best stores in NYC. Great Selection and a very helpful Staff. I drop in whenever I get a chance. If I cant find it at other stores in the city this place seems to have it. The sales at Macy’s are far better but the selection here is outstanding. I only wish they can bring some of the selections out in Europe. The buyers there get so much stuff that isn’t available here. It would save me the trip and the difference in the exchange rate.
If you’re town for some shopping this is the place check out indefinitely!

So funny that this opened in the space formerly occupied by one of the 1^st megaclubs in the Meatpacking District (i.e., Lotus). HUGE boutique!

The best retail therapy/​revenge on your ex involves purchasing a form-​fitting little black dress. With that said, it was off to Hugo Boss!
I received pretty good customer service — my sales associate always checked if a size was not available on the floor. Speaking of which, this particular location lacked a lot of selection in sizes smaller than a 4. This was probably a blessing in disguise, though, because I could have done a LOT more damage.
I also fell in love with a houndstooth men’s pocket square while I was shopping around. What on earth am I going to do with a guy’s suit jacket accessory? My ever-​resourceful sales associate said that she turns the pocket squares into wrap bracelets. Voila! I now have this rocker-​chic bracelet that looks great with a motorcycle jacket.
Although this store carries primarily menswear, the women’s section occupies about two or three racks.
Now that the dress has been acquired, it’s time to explore nice places around the city for dinner, yes?
