3 hours of waiting and terrible service. DONOT go there. I mean it. Only Dr. Lai was great and the rest have little or no experience.

Dr. Lai has excellent credentials and is probably a really great orthodontist — that is, if you ever actually get to see him. Throughout all my years here, Dr. Lai only worked on my teeth, like, twice. I got my braces done here when I was in high school. Eight years later, I’m starting to see what a mess the place actually is. My teeth are straight(surprise, braces work!), but the road there was painful and scary. The receptionists are curt and no one explains what they’re doing to your teeth. Like the reviewer below me said, the people working on your teeth are not fully present. It’s as if they were working at a nail salon. It should be noted that the patients here are predominantly kids. So if you’re a grown ass adult, go somewhere else. It gets really rowdy during peak times, and can be overwhelming. Even though you set up an appointment time, you still might be waiting around for an hour, and with no notice whatsoever. However, I will say that the location is pretty cool, the 15th floor offers some neat views of the city skyline. P. S. I heard a rumor that Dr. Lai hires interns… which I can hardly believe, but then again, can someone confirm?(Update: Yes. Yes he does. Interns will be working on your teeth.)
