LOVE this place. I am loving my new breakfast drinks. I either go green or all protein with fresh fruits. They help me to be healthy. They are a tiny bit pricey but it is worth every penny for clean healthy drinks. You pick your own ingredients and they are helpful when you are in need of boost of energy!

See door closing… NOOOOO! My Mom and I ran so fast to grab a few coconut juices and fresh fruit boxes before heading back to our hotel for the night. As everyone knows, Hotels in NYC(unless you’re staying at a 5 star hotel) does not have the freshest fruit selections for the free breakfast offered the following morning. This place was GOLD to me in college and I still visit this little juice store twice a year when I come into the city. The fruit and veggies are always fresh and smell good! The juice and smoothies they create with their selections are amazing and super healthy. They even have the biggest selection of boxed juices and precut fruit. If you’re lucky, you’ll see the models come and go from this location due to being so close to the studios.

My first time here. Needed a quick green smoothie at 630am. Super expensive. The cups are very small. I paid $ 9 for a small kale smoothie. The man at the register(I assume was the owner) wasn’t too friendly especially after I asked for a bag. I did just pay $ 12(including a Kindbar), he could at least put my smoothie in a bag. Smh not coming back. Smoothie was ok.

Make sure to confirm the price upfront. Got charged $ 9.53 for an absolutely average medium size smoothie of 4 ingredients: soy milk, banana, almond butter, protein. Smoothies of the same size are listed at $ 6.25 on the menu. Apparently, mine was THAT special. Noticed that Larabars are $ 2.50 a piece. Well, I guess what else to expect from a joint located near Times Sq. But as Unilocal has it, «me thinks not.»

I used to always order froyo from here and one day I decided to add a small juice. First off the small juice is soooo tiny and very expensive depending on what you get in it. They are always quick with delivery so when my order arrived, I paid in cash, the delivery guy pretended not to have change so I would be forced to pay for my 12 $ order with my 20 $ bill and as soon as I take my tiny little juice out I notice a small fly in it. My coworker filmed me getting the fly out and I called them to get a refund, and whoever I spoke to told me to give the juice back as proof. I had it ready, when the delivery guy came back he gave me my cash back and when I told him to take my juice too and told me it wasn’t necessary. 10 minutes later I got a voicemail from I guess the manager? Yelling at me for being a thief! And that I tricked them and to never order from them again because I played a trick. I’m also going to be posting a photo of the gnat I found in my drink. I gave them 2 stars because their froyo was delicious but now I’m getting that from the tasty delight near my office.

Overpriced, even for Midtown Manhattan, juice and smoothie joint…

Basic juice bar, but with mostly fresh, non-processed & non-additive(sugar) & non-packaged products. The fresh vegetable & fruit juices are pretty good, but sometimes they seem a little limited on which fruits or vegetables they have at the time. They seem to carry a lot of the basics, like spinach, kale & cucumber, but tend to be out of other stuff — beets, carrots, red apple, etc. Overall, though, a good place with prices that are not too expensive. I prefer the Financial District location as opposed to the other two locations — Midtown East & West.

This place thinks its Jamba Juice or something. The small sized cups here are ridiculously small and they’ll ring you up around $ 4 – 5 when you just get pure fruit. If you start adding anything extra you’ll get up there. It tasted pretty good but how can you go wrong with mixing berries, oranges, bananas, etc. Save your money — go somewhere else.

Changed the price of my order and refused to give me change. Literally grabbed money out of my hand. The amount they charged this juice should have been cold pressed and organic, instead it tastes like dirt. Never go here or at least be ready with exact change.

Despite all the negative reviews, I still came and am glad I did. I ordered carrot, apple and kale juice and saw them put A LOT of fresh green kale into the machine, so much that I was worried that it would be bitter. The taste turned out to be great, as good as I make it at home. And they don’t put ice in the juice to make up the space like most of other places do. Yes, it is expensive. But what do you expect at time square? $ 7.35 for a medium size well made fresh juice isn’t that bad after all.

Reasons I wouldn’t ever go back: 1. Overpriced 2. Not organic(prove me wrong?) 3. LOWQUALITYANDCHEAPSPIRULINA(which makes me wonder if the rest of the mixings are the same low quality. 4. Rude staff. Half a star to these guys.

$ 9 for a small size banana smoothie??? Thats more like a snack to me. If I pay $ 9, it better be fulfilling, but this place is NOT. That was the last time I ever set foot on that place ever again.

Nice little hole in the wall with a variety of healthy items to choose from. Had a tasty protein shake but they didn’t get my order right. I repeated the word chocolate flavor protein shake 3 times, and instead I got vanilla. Asked for almond butter and almost got almond milk, smh. I know midtown can be pricey but spending a little over $ 9.00 for a 16oz shake is pretty abusive. Granted, it was advertised on the menu board — I’d rather get a muscle milk from a local Duane Reade then to spend that amount again.

I came here for a medium sized carrot, apple and spinach juice. When he rang me up my eyes bugged out a bit. $ 7.02 with tax is a lot to ask for if its just a cup o’juice. Was it the best juice I’ve ever had? No. It tastes like the ones I make at home(except warm… and we’re having a heat wave). Definitely not coming back.

Although I didn’t really like what I ordered, what my gf ordered was awesome. Thanks honey. haha It was pretty expensive, but you’re in Times Square, what do you expect? So I’d come back. Good fresh juices done right in front of you, with fresh fruit that’s laying out right in front of you. Papaya Orange Strawberry — Strawberry and orange take over the drink, can’t taste the papaya, which is what I wanted. Papaya Apple Pear — Every blended together perfectly, no pun intended. Each flavor stood out and didn’t overpower the other. Especially the smooth delicious papaya. A couple blocks from the heart of Times Square? Craving something fresh and healthy? Look for the Health King.

Uh, YES, THEQUALITYOF produce here is as good as it gets for eating out. The only way to do it better is to do it yourself at home. For those of you who are unaware, juice/smoothie chain places(Jamba, et al) have 99 percent of their juices delivered pre made. Which is like buying a jug of juice from the grocery store. Most of the vitamins have died, and it’s sugar water. So, the effort to make that comparison is futile. And, obviously, the price will be much more for a ‘juiced to order’ juice. They are GENEROUS with their veggies for veggie juices , and, ounce for ounce CHEAPER than my beloved health food store near home. Try a kelp,/spinach/cucumber/green apple/red apple juice. Don’t buy things and mix it with fro/yo. Pointless. Their fruit salads and fruit/yogurt parfaits are YUM. EXTREMELYHAPPYTOPATRON!

I am an avid juicer, so I decided to give this place a try since my juicer is in another state. I went with a beet, carrot and spinach. Like all good juicers the output is pretty much all the same… fresh juice nothing more nothing less. The problem I have is a 16oz is $ 7.00 I think that is pretty steep for juice and I’m not even sure if it’s organic.

I buy the $ 4.50 and $ 5.50 fruit salads(mixed fruit chunks) that are in the refrigerator by the front door. They’re consistently fresh and tasty. If I’m ever hankering for a smoothie in the garment district, this is absolutely where I would get it– they also deliver.

I’ve been here a couple times to get juices because it’s near my office. I would start off my saying this is nothing like jamba juice. These are freshly squeezed or juiced from real fruits and vegetables which I truly applaude. I love fresh juices. You know what I don’t love? Paying almost $ 7 for a carrot orange juice that’s 12 oz. Are you kidding me? There are other places in the area that do fresh juices and I’m going to try them instead. $ 7 is the price of my lunch! That’s not how much a single juice drink should cost. Also, this place is really tiny and I’m not really sure if it’s the cleanest option. Anywho, if you don’t mind pay $ 7 for a small juice, be my guest.
