Yakov is the best. he’s late sometimes but after going there for years, I know to not be on time. The staff is friendly and it’s like being at home, they know their customers names, ask about stuff you chatted about at a previous appt. I like that I don’t have to tell them much, he knows my hair and how I like it.

Been to a lot of UES and West Village hair salons and I tend to remain really, really faithful to those places I find incredible. This has been the most incredible OF the incredible. OK, sometimes it looks like a circus is going on inside of the building (um, literally) so if you want a spa-​like atmosphere, this is not going to be the place for you. However, if you want the most amazing hair you have ever had, go here. Go to Carlos for color and cut and then he will tell you to whom to go for Keratin, etc. And he will not be wrong…

Carlos and Pedro are the best. I had a single process with Carlos followed by Ketatin by Pedro. 3 hours later, my hair looked just like I wanted it to look – even better.
