The place is small, but the ice cream is good! Though it is a but pricey, this is nice for an occasional thing. If you really want ice cream and don’t want to pay this much, just go somewhere else.

Good ice cream, but hellishly expensive. It’s a 2.5 star kind of place. Like people before me have said, it’s kind of a lifeless store, and the people working here always seem super disenchanted with the prospect of making ice cream. It’s also really small and not super-clean when I went last. I would honestly just go to an ice cream truck, or to Westside Market — you could buy a pint of good quality ice cream for far cheaper.

Albeit they are expensive, the ice cream is quality. Also the shop itself is absolutely lifeless. Not even some sort of background music :(

Does their ice cream taste good? Of course. Is it worth going to? Absolutely not. Nearly $ 6 for an ice cream cone with no toppings is absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I passed by was honestly because of the check-in deal.

Too expensive!!! Let’s see.$ 5.39 for a tiny sundae. That’s one scoop of ice cream I got, sprinkles and a tiny bit of hot fudge. That was for a kiddie sundae. A small was like $ 6. And a medium more. If I go to the ice cream trucks I pay $ 2 for a vanilla cone with sprinkles. Same amount of ice cream. Plus I get a cone. Whatever. Cold stone is also expensive but at least their ice cream is really good! It’s amazing actually. Haagen Daz is nothing special. They better lower their prices.

Far and away the slowest free cone day line, and a tiny storefront even by H-D standards. No signs of flavors, skimped on the Tiramisu gelato, and the door was not propped open & nearly knocked out 5 kids. PS Unilocal checkin offer

Haagan Dazs will always taste good. No doubt about that. If you check in on Unilocal, you’re supposed to get a free waffle cone with purchase of a scoop. When I showed them my phone to claim the deal after ordering a scoop of ice cream in a waffle cone, they said, «You should have bought the scoop in a cup first, then we will give you the cone.» They were trying to charge me for the scoop and additionally for the cone. Wow… that’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. So, you’re going to give me my scoop of ice cream and my cone separately and then I have to assemble it myself after That’s stupid and bad service. I like ice cream as much as any other person, but I don’t need ice cream so badly as to come back to this place.

Caramel pecan was amazing, but maybe a little too sweet. Crispy cone, not stale at all like most places let their sitting cones get. Store was ugly though and seating was eh. Not what I’m expecting from Haagen Daaz.

So, I love Haagen Dazs, but obviously that’s because it’s Haagen Dazs. The service can be a little shoddy that this location in so far as the workers are not very friendly. But nevertheless I make it to this location more than three times a week, so definitely go if you like ice cream, sorbet, etc.

I think Haagen-Dazs is a great ice cream store. They have a big selection of ice cream and toppings. They also have sherberts, frozen, yogurt, and milkshakes. They sometimes have add-ins like caramel truffle. My favorite flavor is pralines and cream. My only criticism is it should be a bigger store because it doesn’t have a big enough eating area. –Tobias

My daughter and I each got Dazzlers — I got a Mint Chocolate Chip and she got the Rocky Road… it was the best ice cream I’ve ever had. Pure heaven/bliss!!! Yum!!!

Service is good. I like their new rocky road shake, although a bit pricey for about $ 7.
