I love asian treats so naturally ginseng co-​op was heaven to me; you can get all kinds of cute and sweet things that are native to japan and china also teas and assorted dried meat and seafood. They have a meat station where you can get roasted duck, chicken and all kinds of usual china town meats cut up for you after you select your bird.
Down stairs has most of the house hold items; rice cookers (which is what my friend from Costa Rica was looking for… yes…he was asian.), chopsticks, bamboo mats and place holders and remarkably cute cups and household wares.
Love this place.
