Dr. Galli is the best podiatrist as far as I’m concerned. I first went to him about 5 years ago when I had a pain in my toe that was evaluated by two other doctors first. The pain was so bad that it was debilitating. The first couldn’t determine the problem and the second was recommending surgery. I went to Dr. Galli who did a comprehensive review, watching how I walked, evaluating my lifestyle, etc. He prescribed orthotics, yoga, and PT, and it was better in just weeks. And now, five years later, I’m running, and rock climbing, and enjoying everything I did before the pain started — all with no surgery. I went back to him a few months ago just to check my orthotics(that have still held up after 5 years) and am still very satisfied with his service AND his office staff. They have all been so helpful. I now live in Oregon and still see Dr. Galli as my primary podiatrist.

Dr. Galli is very friendly. is he a good doctor? I really don’t know. I went in about two months ago for an evaluation. Was supposed to get a call two weeks later with results. Didn’t get it. In fact, as of today I’ve called 8 times. I have a diagnosis(took three followup calls), but still no prescription(now 5 calls in). Office is simply not professional at all. I’m routinely put on hold and forgotten, having to call back a few minutes later to again be put on hold. They never call back when they say they will. Galli is nice, but it’s all words. What’s the point in seeing a doctor if you have to struggle to get treatment? Absolutely ridiculous.

For starters, a very poorly run Office. If you’ve been to a chiropractor before you’ll know what I mean. There are four rooms going at once and the it’s a very«rushed» experience. Dr. Galli, while possessing an engaging, yet brusk personality, is very quick to hear about your problem, but does very little in the way of explaining the issue at hand. He only spends about 3 – 5 minutes with you, and is on to the room next door. If you have additional questions when and if he returns, he is quick to answer and is out the door. If you have a simple issue as a bunion, wart, or nail, this may be the place for a quick fix. But for anything more serious, or if you’d like to understand your problem more fully, I’d do some research first and get a better referral.
