I tried a three day high protein accelerated plan– the food was great– I mean gourmet quality, perfectly packaged, and effortless for a working woman. I felt a difference bloat wise after 2 days and slept through the night. After much debate, due the the price(I am not rich), I am doing the 5 day 4 week plan before my trip to Mexico for my birthday. I don’t think I can sustain the cost for a long period of time, but the portion control, and the meal ideas for that month will hopefully help me stay on track afterwards. I workout 4 – 6 days a week as it is, and am fightinga thyroid issue, so weight loss is tough, but I am willing for one month to see if I can get some results that make me feel good for my trip from Freshology. So it has been a full 5 days and though I love the food like LOVE, the options are varied, and it all is really gourmet, I am having a hard time controlling my night time craving for something substantial, after 5 days of no bread or real carbs. That said, I lost 5 pounds of water weight obviously, and hopefully this weekend(on my own — doing a 5 day plan), and next week, I will lose some real weight. So far so good.
