Excellent customer service. The two lovely ladies that assisted me made some really good suggestion and helped my find the perfect watch in no time. This is my first real wrist watch and I love it.

My watch stopped working after 4 years and i brought it to the store. Two people helped me out, put together all the paperwork, and sent it to get repaired for me. Couldn’t have been easier

So my Fossil collection has grown, and will likely grow larger. I’m not a stare at my wrist kinda guy, but I like nice things. I appreciate the aesthetic. I also have a limit to what I will spend before I’ll require the watch to transport me back in time, freeze time, or manipulate the temporal flow in some other manner that a $ 300 cousin can’t accomplish. Now I know there are watches that dive to 500 feet, and tells«time simultaneously in Monte Carlo, Beverly Hills, London, Paris, Rome, and Gstaad.» But in New York City, I need to keep track of how much time I have left to teach before the period ends. I need a reliable watch to do so. This is a reliable watch. And I have one in a variety of colors. Except grey. Had to go to Hugo Boss for that. But if I can ever rock a Fossil with my grey suit, bring it on. Service is pretty good. They are helpful without being pushy. Who wants someone digging in your pocket the whole time you’re shopping?

My Fossil watch strap broke(after less than a year) and I walked in needing a replacement. I soon found out that once you bought the watch the sales people are not so nice anymore. They did not have the exact strap that came with my watch originally. I was pointed to a few alternative options by a reluctant sales associate, who painfully answered some questions I had. At the register I learned that the replacement strap costs close to a quarter of the cost of a new watch($ 27). I like the watch but the customer service, especially after you bought the watch, leaves much to be desired.

At this Fossil location there’s never a discount offer because they only carry the brand’s latest products. According to my salesperson(who attached himself to me the moment I entered the store), you can save a little money by buying on sale at Macy’s or Zappos. The selection of bags, watches, wallets, jewelry and scarves is great, and I liked seeing the stuff firsthand at the store, but I don’t pay list price.

Went in to look at their bags. Was immediately helped and the store employee pulled several bags off the shelf, showed me inside and out, and gave me his opinion on the bags. Turns out they don’t even work on commission, go figure!

I love Fossil and this store is always clean and has some great products. I think that Fossil leather bags are under-rated and highly recommend them… I stopped by the store to get my watch wristbands sized and met with Dave. He was very helpful, extremely friendly, and a pleasure to work with. Sometimes, some of the sales reps at the 5th Avenue store are very overwhelming and in your face, but Dave was not like that at all, he was perfectly attentive. He should get promoted to train everyone who works at the Fossil stores about sales etiquette. I definitely recommend asking for Dave when making any purchases, I’ll definitely be back and I will definitely work with Dave!

I received a fossil watch for Xmas, and it was too tight. So I wanted to get it fixed and decided to go to Macy’s. I essentially had to argue with the lady at macys to add one of the links at the Fossil counter. she said she wanted me to bring in the receipt(side note: I did mention it was a gift right?) so I left unhappy and quickly saw this fossil store as I was roaming 34th st. They quickly added the link — no questions asked. The sales associate even noted the model number because she liked my watch so much — this experience was like night and day, and I am truly happy that Fossil the store has more sense than some of their authorized dealers(AHEM, Macy’s)

I went to this store when my watch strap broke while I was in NYC. I walked in, showed the associate the broken strap and asked if it could be repaired, or if I could buy a new strap. Because the watch itself was attached to the leather strap with loops and pins, it wasn’t an easy strap change. After checking with the manager, the associate walked over to the case, pulled out a brand new watch like mine(still in stock even though it was almost a year old) and just handed it to me. Woohoo! I asked if there was anything to fill out, and she assured me that trading in my broken watch for the new one was all that was needed. Fantastic and easy service — thanks!

I went to this store after the times square location told me they didn’t have the equipment to replace a watch battery on a watch I bought from that store less than 2 months ago. Compared to the times square location it was like night and day. At this location just like the times square location, they agreed to do the watch battery replacement for free because of the short amount of time I owned the watch before it stopped. However unlike the times square location, this store at least had the honesty and intregrity to tell me that the times square location sold me a bad watch! The manager at the 34th st store said even if I wanted to do a watch battery replacement on that watch, I never could because they messed up the screws on the watch. The 34th street location gave me a brand new watch to replace the defunct one, with no questions asked. Lesson learned, avoid the times square location at all costs, you want a friendly and honest sales staff, go to the 34th location.

I am so picky with clothes and accessories, especially watches! I’ve only ever owned one watch when I was a teen and it was by Fossil.(I don’t remember what happened to it…) Now that I’m in my 20’s and acquired a strong and terrible love for shopping at Bloomingdales, I’ve just been eyeing and eying the Michael Kors watches, but the $ 250 price tag hurts my heart annddd sadly, they didn’t look that great on me. Sooo a few days ago, I remembered the Fossil brand and decided to check out the website, and hey! They have watches that look just as nice as the MK ones for half the price! Of course, being picky, I had to go to the store, which I’ve seen but have never gone in, to try on the watches. An employee approached me, at first I said I was just looking(I already spent quite a bit of money at Bloomingdales just earlier and wasn’t sure if I should spend any more) so he said«ok, then have a look» and skid open the glass door of the displays for me. I guess I looked like I needed help because he assisted me anyhow. I’m glad he did, because I think I did need help and he was very nice and accommodating. I tried on a few watches that I saw on the site and liked, but didn’t think they were«me». Then I saw one watch gleaming at me in it’s translucent and rose gold awesomeness and I was like, okayyy, guess I’m spending more money today after all(a little over $ 110). The associate helped me take off a couple links and rang me up, and now I’m the owner of a new, fabulous watch!

I made a midday weekday trip here after window shopping the Fossil website. I had an idea of what I was looking for but wasn’t planning on buying anything. I was really on a touch & feel mission. Damn there are a lot of sales people swarming around. Just when I thought I’d said my last«thank you, I’m just browsing» another one would pop up and ask if I needed help. I totally understand that they’re doing there job. BUT — pay attention to your fellow sales people! If you’ve seen a customer be approached by at least 3 people, then move on to someone else! I was told«If you need to try it on, there is a mirror right here» by at least 4 people. And the store is not that big! It’s frankly a bit small. Don’t smother me. Let me shop in peace. Don’t try to force the sale. You just made me never want to go back.
