Stopped in the new Broad Street store today to have someone look at an old iPhone 4 that had been fixed once before but not very well. Kevin was very helpful and offered to «take a look» and showed me that the screen had not been properly installed and was a cheap knockoff replacement. He offered me a fair price to fix it, in less than 2 hours AND dropped it off at my office during the day. Fix Genius is great — iCracked was not. Thanks Kevin!
