If I could give negative stars I would. This is the biggest scam! What a creep! Already you should be informed when hiring a dog and request that a visual inspection is following a positive from a dog. They are known to be inaccurate and report false positives, causing people massive anxiety and thousands of dollars for treatment. But this company in particular is really taking advantage of people during a time of total distress. He has basically trained his dog to sit when he says, «Treats.» So he tells you the dog will sit when he senses bedbugs and then when it gets close to the bed, the handler says, «Find your treats!» Of course he sits! He was sitting all over the place! He wanted the food the handler gave him after he sit. Who wouldn’t? He was also jumping up on everything and causing a mess. I was totally skeptical and the handler was utterly cold and sleazy. So of course, when I had the place checked out by two other reputable inspectors that same day, it’s perfectly clean as can be! And they showed me why.
I asked for a refund because his business is completely misleading, but he yelled at me on the phone and told me I have a real problem. Horrible customer service. I’m shocked!
Be informed! If you have bed bugs, you will see SIGNS! And if you get a dog, ask to see those signs! I would NOT hire this guy! Total creep!!!
