Terrible, terrible service. I really wish I had seen this Unilocal review before ordering flowers from here. I used Google Maps to find a florist near my friend’s office and ordered an arrangement, which was never delivered on the day that they were supposed to be delivered! I am so upset and disappointed, these flowers were meant to be delivered on the day that they were promised and as of noon the next day, they STILL have not been delivered. I called to follow up and they were completely incomprehensible on the phone. Don’t order from here.

Don’t order flowers from this place. The worst florist ever. They don’t care about what you order, they just replace with the cheap flowers they have. They hang up the phone in the middle of the conversation and never pick up your call again. Beyond rude.

Awful. Terrible. Worst service ever.
I emailed a complaint yesterday about an order, received no response.
Called the following day (today) to follow up, they essentially hung up on me. The woman said «they’re closed» at 4pm on THE FRIDAY BEFORE VALENTINE’S DAY and hung up saying her boss isn’t in, and I can call on Sunday.
First, it was delivered Thursday February 12, not Feb 13 as promised.
Second, the flowers were COMPLETELY different and MUCH lower quality than what I ordered.
I did not pay $ 78.05 to deliver limp, sad, half-​dead-​looking flowers to my friend.
I specifically chose to order from a local NYC florist to avoid the issues that are so common with the larger online retailers. I am completely disappointed in this delivery.
Huge disappointment and waste of my money.
