Just got 3 slices of sloppy crappie pizza then realized after doing the CADTOMEX conversion I paid $ 23 for what may be the worst pizza I have ever had. This place can eat a bag of filthy dicks

This location is closed. I just visited in late June 2015 and it’s not there anymore. Bummer. I loved this one.

Love this pizzeria! I order from them several times a week, usually through Seamless because they have a generous delivery minimum of only $ 7 and it’s fast. Their chicken and pepperoni calzones are on point, and for pizza, I highly recommend the white slice or the buffalo chicken slice. However, there are way more options if you actually go into the restaurant(i.e. the buff chick slice is not available on Seamless, the options online are more generic). Portions are generous and prices are fair!

Great spot near downtown. Just had 2 slices. Regular and a pepperoni. Both were of good quality. Reasonably priced for the location. Bathroom were pretty clean.

Quick and hot, very good pizza. Little pricier than some places but relatively cheap. Great for a speedy stop and go lunch. Definitely worth a visit if you’re spending time in NYC or looking for a new lunch spot.

I’m sad to read these reviews. This pizza place was the closest to where we were were staying & I really wanted a slice of pizza. The guy behind the counter was nice. There were plenty of things to chose from. I think the pizza was delicious & the garlic knots were amazing! I will never be able to eat pizza in TX again.

Late nightcap. Excellent. Staff was accomodating, making us a fresh pizza — pepperoni. Environment utilitarian, but that wasn’t our highest priority. Good pizza.

Fast service, big slices, and friendly staff make this place a winner in my book. The facility was clean and organized and the pizza was tasty.

One of our nights in NYC we opted for pizza. The hotel recommended us to go to this place. And it was worthy: the pizza was good, and also the garlic breads. It used to be crowded. If you are looking for a taste of good pizza in the middle of Manhattan… try this place for sure. Just a litte negative point: the second time we were there one of the waiters must had a really bad day, and he was kind of unpolite with customers.

Go to Sbarro up the street. Cashier was rude even by NY standards which I normally tolerate but mixed with mediocre pizza and a bad calzone was a rotten overally experience. Left and finished meal at Sbarro with good good and service. For Unilocalers — AVOID

It’s late, your starved, places are packed, your in a rush… otherwise try harder to find a better NY pie. Almost all NY pizza is good and this slips right in under the minimum for acceptable.

It’s not terrible, but anyone who sends you here is not your friend, doesn’t love pizza, or is a tourist. Try Mariella’s on 8th below 57th, the east side of the street. It’s a few blocks away but worth the walk.

There’s too many better pizzerias in NYC to stick to Famiglia. Granted the pizza is not bad(it’s not great either), it was nothing special. I also tried their garlic knots, which I didn’t care for. They were tiny, but should have been big and fluffy instead. On the other hand, service was good, and there was plenty of seating available.

This is one of those places I hit for lunch during the week when I don’t know where else to go and I need something quick because otherwise I’m gong to start attacking the tourists. In other words… it suffices. Their pizza is just ok and the other items are alright. I ordered a «salad» one time and will never make the mistake again. It’s romaine lettuce sprinkled with parmesean cheese and 3 croutons, if you’re lucky. The croutons are always soggy and it’s just lacking all flavor. The prices are typical for Times Square but WAY overpriced for the quality of the food. As far as I’m concerned they rank right next to Sbarro’s — emergency meal only.

Don’t worry if you miss the opportunity to eat at this location… you can catch the one in the Delaware Visitor’s Center, or various airports, train stations and bus depots around the world. Don’t ask how we ended up here… I don’t want to talk about it.

Absolutely the best pizza I’ve ever had. Period. The crust is the perfect amount of crisp while still having some give, the sauce is amazing and it’s not overpowered by the cheese. Toppings are fresh(none of that canned mushroom garbage here), service is quick but not hasty, and the entire experience comes together as you sink your teeth into that wonder first warm bite. Brilliant.

We had a pretty decent time at Famiglia. It may not be the best pizza I’ve ever had, but for the price(pretty cheap), it was pretty good. Maybe I’m a little bit biased because I was super hungry when we went there and nowhere else was open at 2AM on a Thursday night in Times Square. The service was decent, though I didn’t like how they didn’t have gloves on and touched the pizza with their hands directly. Also, they expected to get a tip from us even though we picked up our pizza at the counter and didn’t opt to have them serve it to us. But generally they were nice. I didn’t think the pizza was THAT amazing and the toppings weren’t super original and was super greasy, but it was still tasty in my hungry stomach. I would definitely recommend it to friends but would want to probably try other pizza places the next time I’m in New York.

A few hours fresh from our overnight flight to NYC, we were wandering around and outside Times Square looking for authentic NY style pizza(I don’t even know if we ventured into the right place). We had asked 2 random parking garage attendants for recommendations. Instead they proceeded to argue amongst each other on which part of NY had the best pizza. One told us to head over to Brooklyn, the other said Bronx. When we told them we wanted to stay within Manhattan, they replied saying any of the pizza places we find here are all the same. We stopped into Famiglia thinking it would be great because of the sign that says it was«World Famous Pizza». It wasn’t disgusting, but it wasn’t that great either and we were starving from having been served nothing but soda on our 6 hours flight. The portions were quite big, but is a little pricier than I’ve ever paid for pizza. Our total came to almost $ 16 for 2 slices and 5 garlic knots, no drinks. I think next time, I will venture off to Brooklyn or the Bronx in search of great NY style pizzas.
