I used them with the Gilt Voucher. After showing up 1 hr late, the cleaning job was fine. I decided to use them again, they charged my credit card AND NEVER SHOWED UP! no on has returned my calls (its 5 days later). AVOID!

Avoid at all costs. Mediocre cleaning job, with trash thrown into sink with dishes after I told them I would do them (instead of paying the extra fee charged for washing more than 5 dishes). Added the fridge cleaning service, to discover they had only cleaned the fridge, and not the freezer! Got the Gilt voucher as well, IMO not even worth the discounted price. Will contact Gilt to complain about service received from them as well.

I got to them through Gilt City. While their initial promotion read as deep cleaning, their actual service is very basic. They did not dust surfaces and we had to request them to clean areas in the house that were being left out. The difficult part was that most of the cleaning staff were non-​English speaking and that it interesting to communicate and explain stuff. They are priced well with the voucher but I would pass on that given the extra effort.
