Dunkin’ Donuts

The service is a little bit slow, but the quality of the food is great! The bagel and cream cheese is delicious, and they do take the effort to spread on a lot for you.

There is no good time to visit this Dunkin. It’s prominent presence in Union Square makes it even more disappointing and it really singles itself out as a bad apple in a spot where there is so many quality businesses. I’m sure even for DD standards it’s among the bad locations … it just needs to go in a hurry.
Lots of things are disappointing here. It starts with the donuts, which I’m disappointed to say have been stale and mediocre. The service too is almost laughable and most folks here seem so as unmotivated as their store.
Yet, there are lines for this place. It only gets worse when they close at 8PM and have literally turned away people with 15 minutes left. It’s natural for people to gravitate toward chain businesses I suppose, but don’t expect me to come back here.
