Ok so I need my daily coffee fix. I go here on a daily and sometimes there’s a problem or sometimes not. I’ve gone here and gotten cold coffee when I ordered it hot. I like mocha in my coffee and they put like half a cup of mocha in there after I say only put 1 pump of mocha just for the flavor. Go here in the morning and there’s a loooooonnnnnnggggg line of nurses, doctors and randoms standing on this line and the cashiers take forever! Only reason I go here is cus I have no other options late night when I work (i do overnights) cus I refuse to go to 3-in-1 kitchen as their prices are constantly changing, so I rather go somewhere franchised that has a set price.

So DD recently mailed my house a coupon; buy a medium or larger drink and get a travel mug for free. If you use the travel mug for refills it is $ 1.69. So I stopped by this location to get the mug, and the manager informed me that the mug is $ 5.00 and refills are $ 1.69. Clearly trying to scam me. They refused to give me the coupon back at first but then after arguing with them, they did. I pointed out it CLEARLY said FREE mug with the purchase of a Med or larger drink. Manager had the audacity to tell me that the coupon was wrong and that the mug cost $ 5.00. It seems like this DD location needs more training. And possibly some English lessons so they would learn to read and understand their own franchise’s coupons.

Saw a roach crawl around the donuts after I placed an order. Asked for a refund and didn’t get it. So gross!

Terrible Dunkin Donuts. Do not go here. After searching my app for the closest DD it directed me to this one. However my App did not tell me it was a Kosher DD. I only had a couple of minutes to grab breakfast so that’s why I went there. They don’t carry regular DD items. How can they call themselves a DD if they don’t carry regular DD items. They barely spoke English there and had no clue to what I was looking for. All I wanted was a ham egg and cheese. Should not be allowed to be a DD. I didn’t have time to go somewhere else, so this was very frustrating. Even though some are individually owned, the whole point of a DD or a Starbucks is they are supposed to be the same. Not happy.

This is fairly new to the neighborhood. right next to the hospital which is a great location business-wise. it has all the dunkin goodness you’d expect. even kosher selections.

I get a coffee here sometimes because they carry Cholov Yisroel Milk. It’s okay — nothing special. The staff is what can really make or break the customer experience at a franchise store though. There is a 20 something girl with long brown hair working behind the cash register who could use a serious attitude adjustment, but the older arabic woman who prepares the drinks always remembers me and lightens my mood (sweet lady). My feelings about this place seriously depends on who is working that day.
