I recently went to this Dunkin to get a Box of Joe for a meeting. Coffee ended up tasting very strange. So I brought it back. Not only did they replace it with a brand new box, but gave me a half dozen of donuts! They were very apologetic and made sure I was 100% satisfied with the new new before I left! Very impressed with the customer service. You don’t see that kind or accommodation anymore.

I rarely do 5 stars but dammit, this is one of the friendliest and cleanest Dunkin Donuts in NYC. It’s small but it’s clean and they get me in and out quickly. They always have fresh croissants, vanilla frosted donuts and iced tea, not a coffee drinker but I NEVER hear any complaints while I’m in line. Again, the service snob has not one complaint with this spot. I wish some of the more elite spots in the area could take note of the simplicity and attentiveness of your ’round the way’ Dunkin Donuts!

I think this is the friendliest Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to. The staff is so nice. The food is good, and so is the coffee. I do wish they would remember to label the coffees though; I’ve had to forbid my boyfriend from ordering hazelnut coffee because I hate it & I can’t risk another yucky mixup. It’s not the biggest place. It gets a little hectic when it’s busy. But it’s really a great place & it seems like they’ll do anything to make sure you leave happy.

When my mom came to visit me in New York, we kept seeing signs for these frozen hot chocolates. Finally, one of the last days she was here, we went to the Dunkin Donuts across the street and ordered two. The guys behind the counter really loved their job – and I’m not being sarcastic. They joked about how we were sisters and gave us an inordinate amount of whipped cream on top of our drinks. When I joked, «That’s not enough,» they gave me even more.
