Poor service and understaffed. Today I went in to reload my DD gift card and was told they were only taking cash.

This location is closed. Closest spot is 104 – 105 on Amsterdam. Service is poor. The person behind the counter just threw the frosted donuts inside the bag without care. The frosting was on the outside of the bag and the donuts frosting were blended into one. No customer service here. Coffee wasn’t drinkable. Had to toss away. I have been to other locations which have shown better service and delicious coffee. This experience was memorable but for the wrong reasons. I still enjoy DD just won’t be coming back to this location.

Once they moved between 104th and 105th I’ve enjoyed being there more. Although always extremely hot(because it is summer) I am always in and out with great service and the coffee as always is amazing! Melissa runs on Dunkin!

This DD is my morning coffee(winter) or iced coffee(summer) stop. Despite the chain brand, it’s a family-run, neighborhood business and I look forward to my three minutes there each morning. They are not overly friendly, but I feel very special on those rare occasions when I do get a small hint of a smile(which I assume is a perk reserved for regulars) from the matriarch who staffs the register. I get a comforting sense of community waiting in line with the commuters, grandmothers, hurried moms, postal employees, Central Park staff, NY’s finest on the beat, and other fine upstanding citizens of Amsterdam Ave in search of their morning jolt of caffeine. The shop is clean, efficient, and well-run. The coffee is fresh 90% of the time, which is the most you can ask for without surrendering to the judgmental gaze of some hyper-hipster barista downtown.

My go to morning spot before work… I come here everyday that they have my order ready by the time I get to the counter. The staff is great.

Hit or miss. Sometimes you go in and get what you want, other times you stand waiting in line while the person working drops an entire tray of muffins on the ground after you just paid for one and other times they will give your severely lactose intolerant boyfriend a coffee with milk and no sugar, when he ordered no milk, with sugar. Nothing to write home about, that’s for sure.

Expect great service here and no surly servers or cashiers. Everyone is pleasant and focused on customer service. Even when I’ve seen some awful customers in front of me, the Dunkin folks always smile and do their jobs well.

This is a good Dunkin’ with non-sour iced coffee, which means it must be busy. Approved.

Every time I leave this place I tell myself I should review it. During the day, it’s a normal Dunkin, but late at night it transforms into this wonderful place. The man who works nights is hilarious, tells me jokes every time I order coffee, and always sends me home with 4x more donuts than I asked for. Seriously, once I ordered one chocolate sprinkle and left with a dozen donuts and some cinnamon roles and some donut holes. If I didn’t think he was just a nice old man, I’d swear he was trying to fatten me up. Should you come here instead of a locally owned, independent donut shop? Nope. But if you want free donuts at 10:30 on a Wednesday night? Yup, this is the place for you.

don’t hate on this dunkin donuts, man! it’s a nice chain to have on a block mostly devoid of chains, and they make the drinks well and if you go late enough at night and are cute enough you get free things.

I got a coffee coolata and two egg and cheese on a croisant sandwiches. I’m used to my coolatas being a nice beige color but this one was really dark in color. So dark in fact, it almost matched the skin tone of the colored gentleman who made it. The problem was that there wasn’t any cream in it like I normally get in other dunkin donuts. It didn’t taste terrible but it was way too sweet and I wasn’t able to enjoy it. The croisants I got were burned and were hard like rocks. Jersey has the best DD.
