Went here every morning on my way to work for my iced latte. Always good customer service and they always clarified with me when they had a question. Close to the bus stop and the 4 train.

Best Dunkin Donuts I’ve been to in all of New York. The guys who work here are super cool.
The lady who I ordered an iced coffee from saw me adding more sugar to it and educated me on the difference between syrup and swirl. :) She changed my life.
They are super nice here and I like that there’s a restroom.

Best DD around. really clean, professional staff. Sometimes it gets rowdy with teeny boppers just lurking around. But a friendly place.
I even signed up for the rewards app and was using it.

It’s a DD. Zero atmosphere and quick service. The locals are there when Starbucks is overcrowded. Cheaper and easier than Starbucks

I’m giving it 3 stars by Dunkin Donuts standards, which is basically, you know what you’re going to get. So if you like Dunkins Donuts stuff, that’s what you will get here. The donuts are supposed to be great, the drinks are supposed to be «pretty tasty,» and the food is really just a last resort.
It’s clean, and the window seats provide back support, unlike the window stools at nearby Starbucks.
You get what you’d expect, which is fine.

What you would come to except from Dunkin donuts a big selection at affordable prices, the staff were really nice & so was the service they didn’t keep me waiting very long at all.

New DD in the area. Only a few weeks, this is already a disappointing site. The cashiers are welcoming but that’s about the only good thing. Place runs out of donuts and munchkins (sometimes in the middle of the day) well before closing time. I find myself still going to the kingsbridge DD where they always seem pretty well stocked.

It is a testament to the caffeine needs of NYers that this new neighborhood Dunkin Donuts coffee shop, directly across the street from the Riverdale Starbucks, is jam packed on the first week open. I’m hoping the venue will continue to be busy since the coffee is good and the Bronx can do with yet another java joint.
