As a first time vaper, I had absolutely no idea how or what to start, I looked up on Unilocal and I found this little gem. Once I walked in I was greeted by a friendly staff Alan, he immediately showed me everything I needed to know.
This is not a joke, he was patient enough to guide me thru for more than half hour with passion and patience! Highly recommended this place!

I’ve been wanting to stop by here for awhile now but have not had the chance since i work in the neighborhood! Well i am glad i did because it has been one of the best experience that I’ve had. David the manager was soooo helpful with my flavor profile and had me try the one’s he thought i would like and also had me try different ones that was new to and they were great! I have a new appreciation for tea lol… Trust me the Tea
Is great, the service was great and comfortable and best part was he was engaging, he just didn’t hand me the juices he made sure it was something that i would like. I would highly recommend this place!

Nicely decorated shop. The manager is kind and it is really easy to communicate with him. He’s very patient when it comes to first timers. They sell a variety of products and it’s fairly simple to find something that is fit for your needs. Their flavors are amazing and the pancake man is my all time favorite. If anyone is looking for a new build or is new to vaping I highly recommend this place

This is one of the most welcoming vape shop you can visit. They have sample juice you can try, these guys hold it down, by letting you know when the new juices come in. Don’t believe, come and try!

I’m pretty new to the whole vape trend and was kinda nervous, but they were super friendly and the employees knew what they were talking about and offered me a variety of juices to try out. The store and people are super chill and I’ll definitely come back especially since it’s in Chinatown.

It’s a very friendly environment, my boyfriend really enjoys coming to this spot just to chill and try new juice. He definitely recommends this VAPE shop. We Been to many different shops before, they weren’t as welcoming; they stare and grill but here the workers are very friendly and always introduce you to new juice everytime u visit.

Stop by dragon vapes with a couple of friends, and had a great experience. I personally am not much of a vape, but the service was on point. The staff was attentive and gave me a lot of advice on juices to try and the different options of vapes available to me. I’m still pretty new to vaping so that was pretty cool of them
I also love the vibe of the store. The store is really comfortable and there are a lot of space to just sit and chill out. I actually was able to meet a bunch of new people at the shop and get their opinions on juices that they like. It just has a friendly, community ambiance that is hard to find at a lot of other shops.

im from boston and wonder if there were any vape shop around where i was staying and there it was dragon vape, i went in looking to possibly buy a pack of coil and a few bottle of juices the guy who worked at the time was eating lunch but quickly put the food down and greeted me and asked if i had any question and so on. i got what i wanted and walked out. i never got the guy name but he was cool and the place is really clean and a wicked nice set up i love the display.

These guys are amazing, as soon as you walk in and they notice you, you get immediate attention. They answer all questions and every time i walk in they have something new. Great environment to hang out. Customer service is the best i’ve seen from a vape shop. One time i came and they were closing and u really needed juice, they opened right back up for me no hesitation by far the best vape shop i have been too in new york city. When you go there ask for either steven or david and the price is very reasonable which is always a plus.

I was on a street walk photography tour a couple of weeks ago and literally stumbled upon this place. I stopped in because I’m always looking for some new juice to vape. There were a couple of people already in the shop and in no time Stephen greeted me and asked if I need help. I love that kind of customer service, there are other shops I’ve waited a good 30 minutes before I was greeted in some way. I told Stephen what kind of flavors I liked and he pointed a few out. I bought a bottle, finished it almost immediately, and had to go back today to get more because what he pointed out to me was so addictive that I needed to have more. When I stopped back today to get more of my fix Stephen remembered me and asked how I like the juice I had picked up. Another great customer service thing I love, remembering the customer and what they had bought. I will be back again to see what new and other juices that Stephen recommends for me to get addicted on. I do highly recommend this place and ask for Stephen.

Welcome to Chinatown„ Flava Flav. .good smoke, liquid style. Don’t have to wait, took us in right away. I been to other vape shops too cool for the customers.. I got the green to buy treat us like we have a need. This shop don’t play games, got in, got out. Chinatown a place to be. No attitude here.

Great customer service, if you in the area it’s a must STOP to try out and buy at! Won’t regret it!

The boss there recommended me to stop smoking and start vaping instead, I learned new tricks and it helped me stop smoking cigarettes :) I’m deff coming back. it was a great choice and 100% recommend :) Good service and lots of new flavors every week!

Friendly service, clean place. When I was there, they were in the middle of renovating but that did not deter them from providing the service I needed. They have a decent selection of juice and they told me they were planning on bringing in more. I’ll go back and try the new stuff.

Came by today to try out some juices and possibly pick up a new mod. Some midget with a baseball cap, fat face, and earrings working there didn’t know anything about vapes. I used to come here from time to time, and the staff knew all about their products from nuts to bolts. All this idiot today did was:
1) Shove the stupid house juices that were wack in my face.
2) Didn’t know where any of the juices were (even the ones he kept promoting).
3) Kept talking to me about discounts for juices I didn’t even want.
4) Kept texting or doing whatever on his phone.
5) Didn’t know how to rebuild or rewick anything. He said he’d build my coils, but it would blow up in my face. Told me to come back another time.
6) Kept calling other people to ask about mods and compatible RDAs. He didn’t know what hybrid connections were.
This store used to be way better. The midget kept saying he was the boss, but he didn’t even know how to work the cash register or that his store didn’t have any batteries. I gave him so many chances, but I ended up just leaving.
If this is the kind of service this midget is offering, then forget it. #doesheevenvape #midget #notsorry

Coming from a state where vapes are slowly taking over the tobacco industry, it was a culture shock when 1) bystanders would look at us funny when we smoked (bet they thought we were smoking weed) and 2) it was hard to find a legit Vape store around town. All the stores that we saw labeled as Vape was full of bongs and hookah trinkets. So when we were walking to get some food and saw this store full of Vape juices, we HAD to make a pit stop!
For the most part, it was just my boyfriend and I in the store. Probably because it was a cold, rainy day. Bobby, I think his name was, was extremely nice and knowledgeable. He suggested some Vape juices and we ended up walking out with one of his favorite flavors!
Thanks for making us feel like we were at home. :)
