Domino’s Pizza

This is a truly unique place and the pizza is delicious.

Ordered and got my delivery in about 20 – 25 minutes! Ordering online was super simple and the food was hot when we got it! Everything in my order was correct. Will definitely order from them again! Thanks for trekking in the snow!

NEVER HAVE THEY EVER LET ME DOWN! This location is awesome. Pizza is ALWAYS hot like it came fresh out of the oven, staff is friendly!!! 5 Stars! The night manager must be doing something right.

Is it possible to give 0 stars? They messed up my order and when I called to tell them, they gave me a hard time and acted like it was my fault. I do live in NYC though so why am I ordering from a food chain anyway? Clearly done with them.

Very unprofessional staff. I placed an order online and two hours later it had not been delivered after calling dominos and being told it was out for delivery. I called again and the young woman I spoke to said nothing as I explained all of this to her, so I requested to speak to the manager who proclaimed the pizza had been delivered to me as if he had placed it in my hand himself. This left me furious bc my brother waited outside the apartment building for more than half an hour as it was supposedly out for delivery and no one from dominos ever showed up. The manager then insisted I replace the order and pay for it which I thought was even more ridiculous than his belief that someone had delivered the pizzas. Infuriated I began to yell at him telling him to prove what person came as I’m the only person who lives on the ground level floor of my building… Like who and how the hell did this mishap occur. Finally after mentioning I would call corporate offered to provide us with the two pizzas free of charge and to give them 30 minutes for delivery. My brother and I however walked the six blocks (for the sake of receiving the order) and of course the employees had nasty attitudes. Never again from dominos.

I had ordered 2 large pie and a 2 litter soda online. At 9 pm Sunday. It was delivered at 9:15PM. That’s a 1^st.

They burn my pizza every time. I ask for extra cheese and never get it. The delivery guy must’ve dropped my pizza in transit. Plus it was COLD. I will never ever ever EVER
order from there AGAIN. I through the pie in the garbage.

It was years since I had Domino’s, I was hungry and the kids had ordered the handmade pizza, so I took a slice! OMG it was delicious! We order the handmade pizza’s at least twice a month now!

I was craving pizza at lunch time and decided to give this Harlem Domino’s a shot. I bought a thin crust pizza with three toppings and since I am 5 minutes away, I just went here and picked it up myself. I was really satisfied — -hot, fresh, delicious, everything you could want. I ordered online ahead of time, so easy. I definitely prefer pickup to delivery because not only is there a $ 2 delivery fee, but you don’t always know that it won’t sit around getting cold while waiting on someone else’s order that needs to go out with yours, etc. Anyway, point is I would give Domino’s another shot when I am having a pizza craving.

On Thursday night, I ordered two medium pizzas for delivery at 715pm and they arrived at 746! The food was still warm and delicious, I can’t complain. The only thing I didn’t like was that the crust had no flavor, as its supposed to be some sort of garlic. Oh well, dominos is dominos no matter where you get it. I am from Florida and the pizza is the same price in Harlem (yay!) so I will be ordering again!

This place has been my go to for my Sunday NFL goodies. Easy online ordering, fast delivery and most importantly, order always correct. I have nothing but good things to say and so long as nothing changes, I’ll keep ordering and giving good reviews.

Ordered a pan pizza and breadsticks for a quick dinner alternative. The whole process took maybe 10 min to place the order. I was giving a 30 — 40 min estimate but it got there in 30 min or less. Pizza was good and so were the breadsticks. I was pleasantly surprised.

I’ve been a Papa John’s fan for years, but after moving to Harlem and waiting over an hour for an order that is completely wrong (multiple times), I turned to Domino’s. The pizza is delicious (especially the pan fried pizza), the order is always correct, and I’ve never waited more than 20 minutes. I’m so impressed.

I am not a fan of this particular Domino’s location but unfortunately it’s the closest one available.
The food is good so there’s no real complaint with that.
The phone ordering is sub par and the instructions that you leave for them to follow online they don’t follow either. The delivery people are not always nice and they have the nerve to demand a tip.
I do not have to give a tip if you don’t bring my food on time or follow the simple directions that I leave on your site.
This location needs people who know how to speak English correctly and not demand a tip when they come to your building.

I have nothing but good things to say about this dominos. The staff is always friendly when I order (over the phone and in store). Tonight they forgot to include the 20oz coke in my order and the girl over the phone was very nice and apologized about the mishap and resolved the situation.
I like to praise good customer service in places like this where they probably get loads of shitty customers complaining.
And the food has been good so far, no complaints!

First of all, I feel guilty to admit to being a New Yorker who orders Domino’s. Second of all, I’ll admit, I’m a Unilocal reviewer that only posts when I’m dissatisfied. I’m not a completely negative person, but I probably save my rave reviews for my own blog.
That said, this place’s customer service is horrible. They could care less about adequately servicing the community of Harlem. I shouldn’t be surprised, it’s not uncommon for chains to offer service in Harlem and other impoverished areas of the city that is below the standard of the service they offer in the higher-​income areas of Manhattan, and this particular Domino’s store practices that to the fullest extent. I ordered and re-​ordered with them, but nobody rang my buzzer, nobody came to my door, and nobody delivered my food. Perhaps their online ordering system is faulty and they are incapable of completing orders that come solely from the internet. It’s a shame that in 2013 a company like them can’t deliver on their online promise, but so be it. I’m sure if I was making my order from Midtown Manhattan, I would have had my order by now.

So whack! Ordered a Large and got something that looked smaller than a medium… a Smedium. Took 44 minutes to arrive. Arrived cold. Bread sticks were only enough for half a person, maybe good for your irregular anorexic girlfriend. If «no-​star» we’re an option, that would be my rating.

I got delivery from them last night. First off they were not friendly on the phone at all. My friend called them about there cheesy bread and they just laughed at her. So i had to call and place the order. We got a medium pizza and a cheesy bread. The food came pretty fast and it was hot, thats the only thing that was good (thats why i gave them 2 stars). I am not a huge fan on Domino’s pizza, they didnt put enough cheese on the pizza and it wasn’t really crispy at all. There customer service was horrible, plus i think they overcharged me by 2 dollars. grrr. oh and delivery is not free they charge 1.50.

I think their new recipe is pretty good. The crust is garlicy, and cooked to perfection. Consistently good delivery.
Sure, it’s Dominos — yes, they’re a chain, blah blah blah — but, do you want good pizza or not? It’s good. Have ordered from here several times and no complaints.
