Thin crust is okay but the toppings are weak. Toppings always scarse. And the large n medium pizzas are much smaller than papa johns versions The wings are small and not as fresh as papa johns and the boneless wings are tasteless

Dominos holds a special place in my heart. In the sea of NYC pizza joints, despite having an inferior product in the city where American pizza was arguably invented, i still manage to order from here at least once a month driven by their seemingly never ending 2 for $ 5.99 each deal. They upped their game years ago when they finally reinvented their recipe bringing us a much better pie. Sadly as I’ve moved to fidi and with s papa johns down the block and ordering from both an equal number of times(twice a month) I crown papa j’s as the champ. Devouring a whole dominos pie last night left me with an uncomfortable taste in my mouth. Probably was the garlic crust, and yes I could have brushed my teeth afterwards but I now strongly believe papa j’s just has a better tasting product. Dominos is cheaper which draws me in but then they have that sneaky $ 3 delivery fee that makes the $ 5.99 deal less of a deal. I’ll continue to order from dominos but I have a clear winner in my mind.

So the only thing that was great about this place on my firs time ordering, was that it came pretty fast. I decided to try this location out because its Cyber Monday and I was able to get 50% my entire order. But, the fact that it came fast, really showed when I opened the boxes. I ordered 2 pizzas. 2 mediums, 1 with black olives and mushrooms, and another one with pepperoni, pineapple, bacon, banana peppers, italian sausage. When it came and I opened the box, i began to wonder, did I order like EXTRAEXTRA cheese? The cheese was overflowing the pizza, and it didn’t even looked cooked. I even ordered dipping sauces. GOTNONE even tho I paid for it. I ate the pizza, and it didn’t even taste crunchy, its like they baked it for 10 minutes and delivered it in 10 minutes. I worked for Pizza hut, Ive ordered Dominoes all the time, I’ve ordered Papa Johns all the time. This was my worst pizza Ive had. Im sorry but i would NOT order from here again, even if I get the 50% off. I even posted a pic showing what it looked like on here. Look for it.

Pretty solid dominos location. I get the 2 medium pizzas for 5.99: flatcrust with jalapenos and pepperonis then a pan pizza with bbq sauce salami and pepperoni. Usually it takes about 45 mins for delivery wgich could be better

Buffalo pizza chicken was just OK nothing to write home about the buffalo wings were a little soggy and tasteless what a disappointment but I was starving so I figured why not eat it anyway what really pissed me off was that delivery boy who demanded we give him a tip of four dollars! and then when I asked him some change back so I can determine how much I will give him he said he did not have singles?! unbelievable! never in my life have I met such a rude bastard, THEN I was unaware that dominoes charges a 2.99 delivery fee and apparently that money doesn’t go to the drivers/Bicycle riders if that’s so what the hell does it go?! Definitely going to stick with the mom-and-pop pizza places from now on

Just ordered and they gave me the wrong order. Ran after the guy and he didn’t care. Called the restaurant back and they promised they would send someone with the right order… An hour later… Nothing…

Went in for a pizza and while waiting for it several deliveryguys went in to the kitchen with their bicycles with the wheel up. Definitely didnt feel sanitary at all. Still ate the pizza though, and it was good.

When you want Domino’s, you want Domino’s and so it’s fine. But, if you are looking at it objectively and without a passionate urge for Domino’s pizza then, hmmmmmm — first if you call them they try to upsell you on the more expensive«deals» they are having. No matter how many times you say you are looking for a deal on medium pies, they’ll try to sell you up to the large pie 50 topping deals for only 49.99(being sarcastic here). Then you have to repeat everything to them twice and you never get the sense they are actually paying attention. I have tried to order with them online and always disastrous results — the pizza is always wrong. When I say«always» it means the maybe 10 times in total that I’ve ordered from them. Despite the fast food chain pizza type of feel, it still is great when you have that craving for Domino’s. Beware they charge for delivery even in the neighborhood — so that sucks.

Delicious pizza! We ordered two pies for delivery in the financial district and were satisfied with the services. It’s been a while since I had pizza from here!

I’ve never had a problem ordering for delivery from this location. Placing the order via the website was super easy. I have ShopRunner so I save $ 2 on delivery fee. Yay. Our delivery guys are punctual most of the time. We usually get the order within 35 mins. As for the food themselves, I think Dominos have gotten a lot better over the years. Their pizza used to be disgusting. Horrible QC. But now they have more options and much better pizza coming out of the oven. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering when too lazy to cook.

This dominos is slow slow slow. You order and they tell you it is 25 – 35 minutes. But it took an hour and the pizza was on the cold side. Also when I called the store after 45 minutes, they told me he «just» left. I mean it’s dominos. At least they can deliver quick.

This is not about the food, it’s Dominos you know what you are getting. This is because of the unscrupulous delivery guy who delivered the food knowing the tip was already included but when he got to the house and realized the kids were here on their own he told my 12 year old that he had to give him a tip. Will seriously affect their future tips. This is not the first time the delivery guys from this store have had tip issues. Don’t particularly like the staff in this store so I tend not to visit the store personally, now I guess delivery won’t be an option either except for a couple of future deliveries to recoup the $ 5 they swindled my kid out of.

Not going to rate the food. its dominos, what would you expect. The delivery service is a different story. The delivery guy forgot my food and told him not to worry. I let him know that I will call to have my account credited. The Manager said he was sorry and that the food would be sent immediately. The same delivery guy shows up and started flipping out at me in his broken english. Don’t order from here!

Embarrassed and afraid I may be heckled for admitting I ordered Domino’s in Manhattan. In my defense it was 50% so I figured why not, it can’t be that bad. Well I guess I had forgotten what fly over state pizza tastes like. Online ordering in easy and allows you to fully customize your order. Delivery came in about 50 minutes. While its technically pizza; dough, sauce, cheese, toppings. It’s blasphemy to order this stuff in NYC. Sure glad it was 50% cause 3 large pies with 2 toppings each would have been $ 50 and there is no way its worth that.

This is not the old Domino’s I remember from high school and college… they have really improved. Very impressed how good the new spinach and feta artisan pizza tasted. The BBQ American Legends is good too. Delivery is fast, but some of the delivery guys are better than others. Oh, and this location has an A grade from the Health Dept.

I know, it seems crazy to give a Domino’s 4 stars. However, they have delivered(literally and figuratively) for me five out of five times. Ordering from is a great experience — very transparent on the status of the order, orders reliably delivered on time, lots of deals for second free pizzas or other add-ons(cinnamon sticks are awesome), and they have a half decent Connect 4 game that you can play on the website while you watch the clock tick. You can easily build your own pizza to be as thin or as thick as you want. The ingredients don’t exactly taste like they’re coming from a farmer’s market, but for the love of god, if you’re ordering from Domino’s, what do you expect? They are currently the best late night pizza option in Tribeca(though they’re almost the only game in town).

HORRIFIC!!! Waited 2 hours for our pizza(we ordered 5 pizzas) — just called them and they tell us we’ll have to wait ANOTHER90 minutes. When I tell them it’s unacceptable, they said«OK Fine, you want to cancel?» Do they WANT to do business? Most horrible service ever. Way to ruin a party. Note to self: never count on Dominos as main food for a party.

My coworker and I both got some horrific food poisoning from the pizza here, after ordering for over a year with no incident. The food is fine, but service was always iffy… the assault on our stomachs was the last straw. No more Domino’s for us.

(EATINGIN) Tiny location, been on Church Street for at least 5 or 6 years. 90 percent delivery based location, but service for eating in at one of the 3 or 4 tables is pretty quick. Decent prices. Standard Dominos pizza. (ORDERING) Online ordering went smooth. Delivery was fast and the pizza was better than in the store. They deliver even past 12am(at least on saturday nights).
