Domino’s Pizza

Ordered a large pepperoni pizza… And then asked «do you have any sweets»… Employee’s response,” no we don’t have any coupons on the large pizza.” … I asked again «do you have any sweets» employee response «no we don’t have any Fanta soda» then I asked one more time «do you have any SWEETS?! Cookies, brownies, etc?!» … Employee’s response «no, no sweets»… Ok, fine, I walk to get my pizza and they are advertising the cookie brownie mix. Least to say… PMS and non English speaking mother fuckers do not get along

I just called to order pizza and didn’t know the address and the man that picked up the phone started yelling and me and hung up on me. So NEVER COMING OR ORDERING HERE AGIN WORST SERVICE EVER!

If this is the new and improved Domino’s, I can only imagine the what this garbage was like before. I ordered the pan pizza with sausage; hard, burned little pieces of meat barely dotting the pizza like they really didn’t want to give me any at all, which is okay I guess because it was horrid anyway. The «crust» was gummy and doughy, more like a marshmallow than a pizza crust. With my side this medium pizza with just two toppings came to $ 20. $ 20! I would hardly ever dare say this, but honestly McDonalds (which I never eat) would have been a lot better and a lot cheaper, as would Subway or Burger King. It is a really low day for «food» when I’m recommending that garbage to anyone as an improvement over this. Save your money. Do not order this trash.

You might laugh at my five-​star Unilocal review for Domino’s… it’s definitely not THE best pizza in NYC, but for fast food/​delivery, it’s pretty damn good! Order from there a bunch (guilty as charged), and the delivery is always lightning-​fast (usually about 20 mins), and the people who work there/​delivery guys are really nice and pleasant. Where else can you get a medium two-​topping pizza for $ 5.99 in the city? Thin crust is the way to go! The cheesy bread is amazing, too, but be prepared to spend some extra time at the gym afterwards!

Great crew! Always willing to assist and help out. Most of the time they get the order right, but always willing to correct the situation otherwise.

They were late delivering lukewarm, dried out pizza. The online tracker said that it sat out after baking for over 30 min. Called the store to inquire, and they hung up on me twice, then finally said that «the tracker is wrong» and assured me it was very fresh, which was a blatant lie. More concerned with the lie than the old, cold, bad pizza, to be honest.

Food is always well-​prepared, arrives quickly and the delivery person is always very pleasant. Thanks!

Best pizza on the UWS. No joke. It’s s not John’s on Bleeker, but John’s won’t deliver to my apt up in the 70s.
Most complaints i see here are about problems with phone orders or pickups. Who does that? Order online and get delivery, you cheap bastards.

I would give minus stars if i can. This place is kind of ridiculous. I got hung up on 3 times before finally speaking to someone. Delivery is extremely slow (i live one block away and it takes 50 minutes for the delivery to come…)

This Domino’s location deserves a bad review. Sorry for you guys, but every time I have a problem. First of all, if you go there to take your meal away, forget about it! The guys are always on the phone and/​or taking care of the online orders. so, no times for who step by! Once (and last) I waited for 15 minutes and I even ordered yet!
Second, if you order online, the delivery is very fast (10 – 20 mins) which is ok; BUT every time they forget something! No croûton in the salad, no additional dressing that you paid for, or they deliver a caesar dressing and you ordered a blue cheese dressing. So please, fast is awesome, but not if you deliver half of the order!
The food is in the average for a chain like this, so it is good but not healthy, which is, by the way, ok…

All you gourmands who just LOVE microwaved English muffins with ketchup and Kraft Singles, but find them such a pain to make, this is your joint.
Seriously, like many others, I saw that Domino’s sells a medium cheese pizza for $ 3.99 and thought, «Damn, I spend that much on one slice at the pizza joint across the street!»
Well guess what? You can also get a 40 of Old E for the same price as a bottle of craft brew, but it’ll probably make you gag.
Two stars for being cheap, zero stars for being nasty.

Not sure what all the negative reviews are about. Domino’s is Domino’s. There’s a reason why people go to fast food chains: consistency.
What I got was on par with all the other Domino’s from coast to coast and the staff was friendly and efficient. I had my take out order within 10 minutes of walking in and it was piping hot right outta the oven.

So tonight my friends and I were deciding between eating at Totto Ramen and Domino’s Pizza. We placed the decision making authority on one friend, but also gave him the option to resort to coin flipping. After much stalling, our friend decided to go with the coin flipping. So we did heads or tails, best out of 7. The quarter landed on heads 4 times! So Domino’s pizza it was! We ordered 2 medium pizzas with 2 toppings on each. Pepperoni with mushroom. And then a half pie of pineapple and mushroom and a half pie of spinach and onion. We also got some cheesy bread and wings. Overall, we were satisfied with Domino’s. The taste was consistent and in line with all previous Domino’s experiences. The delivery came within 30 minutes from when ordered. And we got to watch 30 Rock and 27 Dresses while devouring our food, so all in all, a good night.

I’m gonna have to straight up disagree with the three 1-​star reviews on here. This Dominos location delivers quick, the food always arrives hot, and its really delicious. Granted you don’t order from Dominos every week, or even every month, but once in a while when your really want some saucy, salty, delicious thin-​crust pizza with peperroni and italian sausage, you do it up! Or some of those delicious bbq wings. I absolutely love this place and the delivery guys are super nice.
Plus, have you tried ordering Dominos online? Its an incredibly conveninent, user-​friendly website and has a cool tracker function so you know within a few minutes when it’ll arrive.

«Domino’s Pizza.» This is the first and last time I will ever mention those two words in the same sentence. Whenever I’ve eaten it in my life, it’s mostly been in times of extreme weakness — underage and drunk to the point of blood poisoning, after a breakup and drunk to the point of blood poisoning, bored with life and preparing to get drunk to the point of blood poisoning.
Last night I ordered a deep dish pizza with BBQ sauce and chopped chicken breast and bacon, and although the end result was extremely tasty in terms of fat and sugar and salt, the experience of ordering from them left a really bad taste in my mouth… There’s absolutely no place to eat in this particular location – which is fine, I guess, although this makes delivery necessary, but thankfully I live only a couple blocks away – but both in person and over the phone they constantly quote different prices and add on hidden fees and refuse to give you a grand total or even a ball-​park estimate until the order is actually placed in your hands when there’s pretty much nothing you can do about it – and the poor, extremely friendly delivery guy gets short-​changed due to my extreme frustration at the whole unfortunate situation.
