Domino’s Pizza

They need a better manager to train these kids how not to be rude. The delivery guys are really nice but if you decide to call or go in the store the nastiest attitude from all the workers. We have enough pizza shops in the neighborhood we don’t need to give you our business. Stopped ordering from them after Frescos was open on 187 st. Clean, nice, and amazing pizzas unlike these guys!

Not happy with this place, can’t name what’s worse the food or the service. I had given this place three chance sim officially deleting the dominoes app because of he lack of quality control from corporate

Just ordered a thin crust pizza with bacon and pineapples and a stuff cheesy bread the cheesy bread arrived nice and hot while the pizza was luke warm I called to complain and a very rude female worker told me off and hung up on me I’ll never order from them again #dominossucks

Frankly, I don’t know what people are complaining about. My pizzas were here in lightning speed and arrived in good condition. Quality is standard dominoes, although they did something spicy with the crust that I think is pretty darn tasty. Win for me!

Every time I order from this place they mess up. Every time! I ask for no marinara and I order an extra ranch. What do I get? 2 marinaras! Every time, I kid you not. And it takes about 45 minutes for them to come. Way to long. I so want to boycott them. They suck!
P. S. I am waiting for my pizza now. it’s been at least 40 minutes.

Order entirely IGNORED and nothing came an hour after.

First time ordering today. Ordered online and it was quick and easy. Pizza arrived fast and hot. Liked being able to track the progress of when it will arrive by having ordered online. Would order from this Domino’s again and would recommend it if you live in Washington Heights.

I would give zero stars if I could. I was very disappointed in the lack of professionalism at this Domino’s. For the first time ever they asked for a credit card upon delivery, I got the pizza for my starving sister and the delivery boy was extremely rude to her when she could not present the card, I bought her a pizza because I was at work. Extremely rude and unprofessional! I ordered a pizza from Domino’s at another place recently and they did NOT ask to present my credit card. It seems they like to pick and choose when to enforce their new «rules». Never order from Domino’s, as they are incompetent, rude and unprofessional. You are in New York, better order from a real pizza place than this disgusting place.

I agree with all of the reviews about how poor the customer service is here. It’s a shame there are all these fake reviews here (only 1 – 3 reviews and they’re all 5 stars and look written by a PR rep). These guys won’t get my money again.
3 Strikes and you’re out…
1. Ordered a few months ago. The order took well over an hour. I called to see where my delivery was and got a very rude girl on the phone. She said the guy left a half hour ago (without a pause) and hung up on me.
2. Again an order that took over an hour. This time I ordered with the app and used the tracker. I log in to check and… it showed that my pizza was delivered. My order came 15 minutes later, was cold (surprise surprise) and didn’t have the extra cheese I paid for. I called and was told there’s nothing they can do.
3. Just ordered because I have people over. It’s been 40 minutes, not bad. BUT… the tracker shows my pizza was delivered 10 minutes ago. Yet here I am pizza-​less. I’m convinced the store is evaluated by metrics on their tracker so they’re fudging numbers. It makes this tracker useless. Who knows… my pizza could still be in the oven. It sure isn’t delivered. I won’t bother to call this time. It’d be a complete waste.

I basically order the same thing every time: small pizza, diet coke, and lava cakes. They ALWAYS forget the dipping sauce for the lava cakes. ALWAYS! It’s very annoying because I pay extra for it. Tonight I ordered via the iPad application. 5 minutes after ordering, I called the store to remind them that I would like for them to remember the dipping sauce. I also ordered cheesy bread this time and added a garlic dipping sauce. The woman I spoke with assured me they would be with the order. The order arrived an hour later, and lo and behold, no dipping sauce for the lava cakes and marinara sauce for the cheesy bread. I sent the deliver man back with the Mariana and said that I would be calling the store. I called the store and got the same woman I talk to and let her know that even after our conversation ADDED with the fact that on the app that have a quality check stage before it’s delivered, they STILL messed up. She told me that she would send someone out with them. 35 minutes go by and no dipping sauce. I call back and another woman gets on the phone. She has no idea what is going on and puts me on hold. After 7 minutes on hold (trust me, I timed it), I hung up.
Long story short: I have never experienced this poor of customer service in my life. If I pay for something and you get it wrong, why do I as the customer have to suffer and wait this long? Why can you NEVER get my order correct? These questions may never be answered, but this is the last time I order from this store.

Don’t ever order delivery from here. Took 1.5 hours to get my food and it was cold. The person on the phone was rude and unhelpful. If it was going to take so long, they should’ve called to let us know. Don’t tell me it would only be about 20 minutes but end up getting it 1.5 hours later.

I love it. And yes, the delivery guys they always on time and very very respectful. I love this place.

Great Domino’s location. Ran much better than others I’ve been to.
As an online customer, from the time I place my order to it’s delivery the estimated wait time is 35 – 40 mins 95% of the time. There’re open later than most which is a convenience as I have frequent late night after work. The delivery guys are always on time and pleasant. «I just hope the owner recognizes his employees as the reason to the locations success. Keep up the good work guys. I gave them 4 Stars because there’s always room for improvement. Thanks

These guys are studs. On point with the pizza joint! Jesus and Emilio superstars. Besides, who wouldn’t trust either of those names to a pizza-​maker???

1. Taste like Dominos Pizza, delivery time is usually half an hour, overall standard Dominos Pizza spot.
2. They have limited seating in here.
3. They deliver personal pizzas, some locations don’t.
4. Use their app for your order, it’s well done, super easy to use and can track your order just as if you were to order it online.
5. There’s metered parking outside.

I just ordered online, which was when I realized that there was an option for a gluten-​free pizza. The only available option is a small. Hope they have more size options soon!

I wish to eat their pizzas EVERY DAY, always super hot and fresh. Another thing is that they always make it on time on the delivery. Thanks a lot guys, keep the good work up!

I never fully capitalize more than one word in a review. But this Dominos DELIVERED SO HOT THE CRUST STILL CRACKLES AND THE CHEESE STILL STRETCHES.
Do you need food fast? Order it. Now.
They got the order perfect (placed online). The driver was polite. They did not need to ring my building’s front doorbell because everyone recognizes the Dominos uniform.
Eating local pizza every day, you have forgotten how good Dominos is, with the new recipe, the breadbowl pastas, the scrumptiously devilish lava cakes. When you bite into a slice from Dominos, you’ll remember the good old days and you won’t be sorry.

Have I found a decent Domino’s finally?!
I believe I have with this one. 2^nd try made me write this review. Made a quick order online, was able to get the 2 choice options for $ 5.99 each which I think is an okay deal. Ordered me a Chicken Bacon Ranch Sandwich (favorite) and some Cheesy Bread. (I believe a medium 1-​topping pizza can also be an option for this current deal). I appreciate the tracker which lets me know the status of my order and also the name of the preparer below, any issues I can make sure I speak directly to that person.
Order did not take long and once the tracker said it was out for delivery… 7min later I received a call letting me know the delivery driver was close.
The girl that delivered was REALLY pleasant and unlike others she showed all her teeth when she smiled #Commitment… I really liked that. I signed and made my way inside to enjoy a fresh, tasteful sandwich and cheesy bread that was really cheesy just the way I like it! Hopefully the service and food remain great here, this will become my permanent Domino’s when I’m craving even if I have to take a drive here.
