5 star rating thanks to the service from one of the employees. Ryan is his name and he was very respectful and extremely helpful. Great communication skills and very knowledgable. He handled himself with class and style. Couldn’t have asked for a better salesman. So thank you Ryan. One draw back to the building itself was the heat. Very hot inside and therefore cut our shopping time and items purchased in half at least. Thanks to Ryan we will come back next time we are in New York.

I visited this store in search of premium trousers and after looking through their offerings; I couldn’t believe they’re still in business. Ridiculous markups on mediocre construction and tasteless design. Its also filled with haughty sales people that are over compensating. Why would I pay quadruple the price for wool trousers? Its 2016, you’re insulting everyone.

It is kinda prosaic or superfluous to give Dolce 5*. I visited their NYC mid-town store 6 weeks ago just before the autumn-winter season arrived. an amazing show if you have not watched it, by the way. Fast forward to second week of August when much of their runway material is now on display. To my disappointment almost nothing I really liked came to NYC, BUT the guy who helped was SONICE(2 espressos!) I have to give them 5*. This is what shopping at top stores should be like!

Love the stuff here. The service were great! The staff were really attentive & helpful. You can do a custom tailored suit for men in the basement.

Moving them up to four stars as the new pieces for both men and women were much better than the previous collections. The wife liked her new shoes and I will probably grab a pair of loafers myself. Ask for Joseph, we have worked with him for years and he always takes the time to help and absolutely knows the fashion industry.
