If I could give zero stars I would. I had an appt at Delage 3 weeks ago. They kept me waiting for 20 mins, and then left me with a tray of rings to look at that I wasn’t interested in. I wanted something custom. They told me the quote would be available in 2 days. I’ve since called them back three times and I keep being told «they’ll call me back.» They don’t listen and they’re unprofessional. Don’t bother.

Gary and his team are the best in the business. Far and away, my experiences with Delage have set a bar I don’t think anyone can match. My fiancé’s family has been customers of Delage since Gary’s father, Aaron, ran the business, and the Weinshank’s take pride in making you feel like the most special people in the room. Gary will move mountains to make you happy, and he’s the most personable man you’ll ever meet. Extraordinary customer service is the rule of thumb here, and they will get you anything from a custom pair of earrings to a watch for the most competitive prices on the market. We started with a bracelet as a gift when my fiancé and I started dating and have since purchased a custom necklace, earrings, and our engagement ring and wedding bands. Warm, friendly, wonderful. You’re part of an amazing family when you go to Delage.

Well, my father has been dealing with these people since the Middle Ages, so duh, when I need some jewels… this is gonna be my first stop. Went in originally looking for a diamond bracelet for the lady, however they were a teeny bit out of my price range. Everyone there helped me finally settle on some EXCELLENT looking diamond studs. Custom for the lady, and seriously she couldn’t have been happier. Trust me, fellas, ice is truly a girl’s best friend.
I will be back for future purchases.
