I recently bought a watch for myself for my birthday and needed to remove some links. I work really close to DB so I popped in. I told them my watch wasn’t a Tag Huer, when the gentleman exclaimed that it was a beautiful watch! The father and son team were there and were delighted to help me. As I stood there for a few minutes we had fun banter and I was able to look at some really BEAUTIFUL jewelery that someday I will go in and purchase. They were incredibly helpful and kind! He showed me how to set and reset my watch! Beautiful store stocked with sparklie goodies and fabulous watches. Professional and personable owners! I highly recommend Danielle B Jewelers! I bought a Kate Spade watch on sale from Amazon. Of course when it arrived it was too large and I needed to have some links removed. Danielle B is near where I transfer subway stops so I decided to stop in one day after work and see if they could help me out.
The guy who assisted me was very nice and didn’t judge me for bringing in a not-​super-​fancy watch. He took out a few links for me and even replaced and then re-​removed one of the links while I debated between two different fits for the watch. He was patient and didn’t rush me while I decided.
I think he only charged me $ 5 or $ 10, which was money well spent to make sure my new watch fit well.
Note that they are closed on Jewish holidays… I know because I unknowingly tried to stop in on one of those holidays.

I’m a Tag Heuer addict. My wife and I were visiting New York recently and we stayed in The London, which is just down the block and around the corner from this shop. A watch caught my eye and in we went. I had no intention of actually buying it, until we spent some time talking to the friendly staff. The longer I wore the watch, the more I liked it, and the more we talked. They gave me a good price, enough of a deal for me to feel we were all getting what we deserved. They took their time sizing the band and I picked up the watch later in the day. I’m thrilled with both the watch and the shopping experience. I highly recommend Danielle B.

For Tag Heuer fans at the Upper West Side (or any place in the city, actually), Danielle B should be your new go-​to watch place.
Dan (whom I think should be a called a Watch Wizard but that’s just me) worked his magic on my dad’s old watch for me to wear. Needless to say, his 30 years in the biz saved me time (pun intended) and a couple hundred bucks.
What he did for the 6000 series (pretty old eh?) was

— Polishing ($ 75)

My husband and I caught site of their window front and I fell in LOVE with this rosegold and diamond cross ring. We went in, intending just to look, and my husband surprised me and bought it! The father-​son duo who run this lovely store were very kind and accomidating, offering to size my new ring and ship it out to me for no extra charge. I want to give this store 5 stars, but I’m not sure Unilocal will pass the review through if I do! So many 5 star reviews for this place that Unilocal doesnt know what to do with them all!
When we are in the city again, we will definitely stop in! Thank you for everything :)

I’ve been to so many Jewelry stores all across New York and I’ve yet to experience as great of a combination of customer service, high end jewelry, fair price, and customization as I have at Danielle B Jewelry. There’s something to say about being able to go to a more intimate jewelry boutique and have your exact specifications and desires fulfilled. I have bought numerous Tag watches from Danny over the years and many of their unique and beautiful necklaces and bracelets as well. They’ve gone above and beyond the call of duty in every respect, and make me feel like much more than a valued customer every time I visit. I’ve never had a better experience buying ANYTHING! I truly feel at home when I come to Danielle B, and I think it’s one of the few places still around that treats their customers like kings. Danielle B jewelers is really your one stop shop for all your jewelry needs, as the previous reviewer wrote. I have past by this store several times and knew right away buying a watch would be not only a successful find but a great experience. I have wanted a tag for years, but shopping in big name jewelers can be pretty pretentious plus Danielle B is a authorized seller can find their phone number and address on Tag’s website. On my day off I walked in and Danielle was fixing up the store, his son automatically greeted me and apologized for the mess. He was very welcoming and anxious to help. I already knew what I wanted but come to find out the watch was discontinued. They both let me know that one other very similar watch at the same price was available. It was not a problem to try on any watch I wanted to see he even let me browse the site and as you know they had every watch the site has and can order it if needed! Danielle’s son is very knowledgeable about watches in general and he definitely wow’d me a few times with little facts and details things I was not expecting my watch to have, he’s in school and is working at the store durning the summer so you run don’t walk to speak to him and shop around. And of course during the purchase: was fast and easy they have a very sophisticated POS system, they even lock the doors at your request when you make your purchase. Don’t worry about a sales pitch or pushy sellers. I got the watch I came for checked out a few other things and I will definitely be back to buy some rings and maybe another watch! Happy shopping!
