I’ve had receding gum problems for years and read some great reviews on these dentists. Upon arrival, I had to fill out paperwork as new clients do. I was interrupted by the front desk woman yelling at another employee which sent a huge negative, unprofessional vibe. I shook it off and approached the desk with questions on my paperwork. She (who cannot smile) then began to speak down to me in such an arrogant, condescending manner. It was as though I had committed the crime of all crimes! I then grabbed my coat and left. I’m not sure how good these dentists really are, and won’t ever know now since I won’t come back. If the dentists are at all concerned about their patients they should reconsider who they have greeting them and what the impact of such disgusting customer service can have on their reputation. If you feel you deserve to be treated like a human being (which real professionals should do), I would avoid this place at all costs.

I previously posted a negative review of this office, because of two insurance issues that came up with no resolution. Today I finally got that resolution and felt it only fair to update. Dr. Daria Royzman personally sat down with me and walked me through what happened, why it happened and how it would be resolved. I wish it had come a little sooner, but I finally got solid customer service from her office; a former less-​than-​paragon of an employee who frustratingly never answered my questions has been replaced by a truly competent, patient and friendly one who spoke at length with me on the phone prior to my most recent appointment and remembered me the instant I introduced myself in person.
Dr. Royzman gave me two gum grafts at different times, and both were a success. I got close attention and regular follow-​ups to ensure my recoveries were both good. Very happy with that service.
The dental hygienist is great as well; cleanings are very thorough. Great bedside manner from her and Dr. Royzman. I will continue going here for cleanings and (heaven forbid) if I ever need any other periodontal work done.

I first encountered Dr. Daniel Royzman when i needed gum surgery. He is professional and always accessible. He puts you at ease and the staff is just the same. Judy gives the BEST teeth cleaning (really light touch) and I find that my fear of dentists is diminishing! When i had my wisdom teeth removed, i was so scared and they held my hand and kissed my forehead when the tears came during a difficult extraction… i couldn’t ask for a better dentist!

I would give 3 stars but I think Dr. Daria is extremely rough while working. Additionally, she is knowledgeable but could also work on her bedside manner.
Staff members are professional and I like this. They work out all insurance information for you and explain in full details to you.
I did want a periodontist within my insurance network who really knows what they are doing and she does fit the bill but she is not gentle at all in your mouth.
I think i will continue to look for a dentist in my dental network or maybe try her brother. He’s the other D of D&D Periodontal.

Fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about this periodontal office.
I was horrified when I lost my dental insurance but it made me come here so I’m glad it happened. This office takes Aetna Dental Access which I got from
which gives me very reasonable Aetna Dental contracted rates for a small yearly fee.
Before this, I went to some other periodontists who wanted to charge me a fortune for unnecessary and terrible work.
When I came here over 6 months ago, I had a bad case of periodontal disease and lost a tooth because of it. Dr. Daniel Royzman gave me an exam, explained my whole situation and gave me different options. I had him perform periodontal surgery which has put my mouth in great shape.
Also, I just did the dental implant surgery with Dr. Daniel Royzman for my lost tooth and it went great.
The periodontist Dr Daniel Royzman, who has impeccable credentials (Harvard Dental School, Board Certified, etc…) is the consummate professional who only does necessary work with the utmost of skill and care. His dental assistant is also excellent. I also received excellent follow up care by Dr. Daria Royzman when Daniel was unavailable. The front office manager Rachel does everything to make the process easier for you. The dental hygienist Judy does great, thorough cleanings.
This office is totally professional in every sense of the word. They work in an extremely friendly, efficient and skillful manner.
I can recommend this office whole heartily for all your periodontal needs and would never have spent the time doing this recommendation unless I felt very strongly about it.
