When considering first facelift I interviewed 25 top surgeons in US. Within first 3 min of meeting Dr. Foster I knew he was the right choice. He put me at great ease, made me feel comfortable with procedure and explained all in detail. His anesthesiologist gave me same level of comfort and his office and staff are wonderful. When I returned home everyone said I looked rested but no one knew I’d had work done. Forward 16 years, yes in spite of weight gain/loss, emotional distress and cancer, I needed only a small amount of touch up to neck and lower face. I didn’t consider speaking with anyone but Dr Foster. I felt same level of comfort with his expertise, his whole team and result was excellent. Once again I was told I looked like I’d been on vacation and well rested. I learnt that Dr Foster did arms, wanted to do for years :-), and just had surgery last week. I am so excited with results and again his skill is beyond comparison. See him first and you won’t want to consider another Dr.

I recently had a nose job and surgery to correct my deviated septum with Dr.Foster. After multiple consultations I knew he was the surgeon for me. He was patient, caring, and took the time to listen and answer all of my questions. What I really wanted was a natural, masculine nose and to breathe better. Dr. Foster is an ENT as well as a plastic surgeon so he was able to do everything at once in his surgery center. I felt so comfortable with him, his staff and having surgery at his office. After my experience there, I would never want to have surgery anywhere else. Immediately after my surgery I felt the difference and could actually breathe out of my nose for the first time in my life. 6 days after my surgery the splint came off and I was so happy not only with the way I looked but I couldn’t believe how minimal the bruising and swelling was. I could not be happier with my new nose and highly recommend him to anyone.

I got a nose job(rhinoplasty) from Dr. Foster when I was 16 primarily for cosmetic reasons for what he called a «large hump deformity». Now, 11 years later, I have been deemed a «nose cripple» by several ents as a result of rhinoplasty. My breathing has gradually declined over the years to the point where I can barely breathe out of my nose anymore. It appears that he took away too much of my cartilage to the point where my nasal passages have somewhat collapsed. He also made the deviated septum that he was supposed to fix worse. Lastly, there is too much scar tissue in the remaining cartilage due to what my ent said was an inelegant suture job. I now am going back for reconstructive surgery to be able to breathe out of my nose again at a significant financial cost to myself(insurance only covers about 10% of the cost associated with rhinoplasty even if it is for medical reasons). I know that in general Dr. Foster has a good reputation and is generally positively reviewed so I hope that I was just a fluke out of the many surgeries that he has done. However, if you are going in for rhinoplasty which as I understand it is more complicated than other plastic surgeries, I would highly recommend going to another doctor.
