Cotton White Laundromat

My clothes was separated and picked up by them to wash and then there was a separate set to dry clean. They washed EVERYTHING!
They are rude and are refusing to replace my items as they claim that it is not their fault.

Do NOT take your dry cleaning here! Wash & fold service — OK but beware of having your clothes ruined or barely not even cleaned when you hand your dry cleaning over!

I used Cotton White Laundromat for 7 months on a weekly basis before deciding to stop sending them my laundry.
They are the cheapest guys in the area, but it comes at a price. First, the laundry itself never feels great or smells clean when it comes back. That was fine given their pricing.
But, between the last three times I sent them laundry, they lost 3 of my socks and gave me one random sock from someone else. I didn’t say anything the first two times, but after the third time in a row I had to go in. The woman there could not have cared less about their lousy service. They talked to me like I must have done something wrong, and they act like they don’t understand what I’m telling them (maybe they actually don’t?). She showed no surprise when I told her about lost socks from three washings in a row. Makes me wonder what else they’ve lost that I never even realized. She offered me $ 5 for the lost socks. I asked her to have the manager give me a call that day since he wasn’t in at the time. No call ever came.
I’ll find a place that cares about my business.

Excellent wash and fold. I get it picked up in the morning/​early afternoon and get it dropped back off that same day.
They match up all your socks and fold everything perfectly! It smells really nice too. Would definitely recommend to a friend.

I recently moved to the area from the UWS and had to give up my cheap wash and fold uptown.
After some research, and trying to find a wash/​fold place which charges less than a 1 $ per lb, I found cotton white, a block away.
I’ve used them about 5 times so far and I am very happy.
They do free delivery/​pickup, they show up pretty quickly, and the turn around time is amazing. I even dropped things pretty late morning and they have it ready the same day (and they do delivery till 9:30pm!).
the clothes came back clean and smelling good.
at 80c/​lb, I challenge you to find a better service…
why 4 stars? I found a woman’s sock that wasn’t mine one time which lead to an awkward conversation with the lady. Ha!

I’m a newbie to fluff and fold. In the UK, it’s common to only have a washer in the flat (If that) and to air dry everything. In the winter that means filling the small studio with wet clothes and turning it into an Amazon-​like humid greenhouse. I always hated that. I dreamed of fluff and fold. And here I am.
Cotton White Laundromat exceeded my expectations. We (Husband & I) dropped our two weeks of laundry off on a Sunday (9lbs) and had it back by that night all clean and folded for only $ 8.30. Why have I not been doing this forever?!
The customer service is a bit business-​only but they’re good people and I trust them with my skivvies. Can’t wait until the next time! I love dropping off dirties and getting lovelies back.
