I don’t usually write reviews, but I must share my story. Today in the morning one of the workers called partner my and I FAGGOTS in Spanish. I asked to speak to the manager and he refused to do anything. I WILLNEVERRETURN.

PATHETIC. I ordered the green juice(celery, green apple, spinach and cucumber) and it was terrible! I felt like I was drinking cucumber juice rather than green juice. The drink was a little bit dark green on the top(which are the celery, apple and spinach) and below is somewhat white color because of the cucumber. I know for sure that they added ¼ of green apple, spinach and celery and ¾ of cucumber. It was disgusting when I took my first sip. I should’ve went to Juice Press instead of this place. I will never come back again!

Typical NY deli with the essentials: boars head, BEC(bacon egg and cheeses) all of which are delicious… But, the shorter guy that works behind the counter is an absolute prick. Refuses to answer questions, and even refuses to make something I asked for(and by refuse, I mean, he straight up ignores you). I’ll get my BEC elsewhere because duh, it’s Manhattan.

Quick, yummy, hot bagels. I ordered an everything bagel with chives & cream cheese. It was somewhere under $ 2 for a very good size bagel, making it an ideal breakfast for those that are on the go. It’s not overly crowded and the service was quite fast. No complaints! A great deli right around the corner.

I picked up a bagel from them this morning– onion with cream cheese. I was very happy with it, the bagel was very fresh, toasted perfectly and it had a generous amount of cream cheese. So, I decided to order lunch pickup in order to grab it on my way to my next class. I ordered a fresh turkey wrap on Grubhub which lists turkey, avocado, tomato, lettuce and mayo as the ingredients with a separate side of coleslaw. The order was done fairly quickly so I was able to exit out my class, grab the order(had to remind them to add the coleslaw when I grabbed the bag), and head to my next class. This was an hour ago. 10 minutes ago I opened the order and found that the wrap only had turkey and mozzarella cheese(which I added for extra). No avocado, tomato or lettuce. This is totally unacceptable, that’s most of the ingredients! How hard is it to just check to make sure that a preset menu item has everything it should?! Considering I paid $ 8 for a wrap with turkey and cheese(and tipped prior to pickup as well on my $ 10 order with the coleslaw included), I am most definitely never ordering here again.

Maybe a 3.5 the name gourmet led me to believe it would be gourmet. The croissant alone was really good but I don’t remember the last time crappy American cheese was considered gourmet. I would eat there again just not expect anything gourmet.

Less than 5 $ for tea, an apple, and a very nicely toasted bagel. I had to repeat my bagel order twice and then ended up with an everything with grape jelly — blarg — not exactly what I asked for, but a new experience nonetheless. I’d try it again, the bagel was really yummy, and now I’m imagining how good it would be if there were really cc on it.

If you work in the area and like egg sandwiches you can not go wrong here. This is a good to-go deli to grab a bite. Very quick service for egg sandwiches. The counter guy knows my order and never forgets the hot sauce.

Small coffee and a bagel is now $ 2.50 — still a good deal. Friendly, quick service during the morning rush and the bagels are fresh. As they proudly advertise, they’re «the best deli in the area.»
