I received Connie’s private lessons as a birthday gift and what a great gift that is! I have been working with Connie for a year and she never repeats her lesson. She will customize each class based on the time of the day or my physical and emotional needs at the time. She always bring something fresh to the class. Whether it’s a reading, a chanting, or different music, she makes me appreciate the depth of yoga more and more. I was a new mom and my abs were very weak when I started with Connie. Now I can do chaturanga pose without any problems. After each lesson, whether I feel calmer or re-energize, I am always in a better mood than when I started the lesson. She brings great positive energy and enthusiasm to the practice. Besides the lessons, she’s a lovely and authentic person. Hope you’ll be lucky enough to practice with her!

I’ve never taken any Yoga lessons but was always interested in learning more about it. I opted against going to big fitness center classes because they usually do not teach you the right way to pose. She is an amazing instructor and always will correct your poses. Ive loved all her sessions and Yoga has now become a regular regiment for me. Her classes are small and intimate and also very soothing. I definitely feel much more relaxed and at ease after going to her classes. I recommend trying her class even if you’ve never taken a Yoga class before. You will soon become a Yoga enthusiast like myself. Excellent!

I was first introduced to yoga by Connie and I’m so grateful for it. Having never taken a class before I didn’t know what to expect, but she is AMAZING at accomodating those who are inexperienced or advanced as well as recognizing how to tailor a practice that helps you improve your skills with every visit. You will never bored because she brings variety to each practice. No one class is the same as the last. I’ve experienced her teaching and guidance on both a private one on one level as well as in a group setting. Her attention and enthusiasm is just as great in both. She encourages you to try everything, challenges you to push just a little bit harder, but never makes you feel like you can’t do something no matter how difficult it may seem. Her positive attitude makes you want to try anything because it gives a great level of comfort, confidence, joy and motivation. Highly recommend her classes. You won’t regret it. I always leave refreshed, more limber, flexible, & healthy. Yoga is a true asset to everyone’s life. I’ve even begun practicing at home. Please take a moment to just breathe and get away from the daily stresses of life and work. We get so caught up in everything that we forget to take care of ourselves. This is by far one of the best ways to do that. Enjoy!
