Club Monaco

I love the clothes and the style but I didn’t like the attitude of the girl at the cash register. Maybe it’s because of my appearances but she did made me feel bad about my purchase. Dress was on sale and she shoved it the tiniest bag so of course it will be all wrinkled. Very disappointing as in other locations the service is so much better. I will avoid this store from now.

Great clothes but the five star is well deserved due to the customer service! Always top notch, friendly, and honest. That is hard to find in a clothing store! Keep up the great service!

Just have to give a shout-​out to the ladies at CM.
Went here the other day (you know what happens when you’re in a «shopping mood»!) and decided to pick out something sweet for my birthday. Ended up spending a few hours there, as they were having an amazing sale and the girls were so sweet (and being honest about the dresses I was picking).
Overall, it is expensive, but the clothes are good quality and the staff are wonderful. If you’re a student, be sure to bring your student ID (I believe you get a 15 or 20% discount).

So, I don’t think I can live without Club Monaco. The cut of their clothes, their cashmere and quality cannot be beat if you compare them to most other stores. The style is always cool and modern without being too trendy or trying to hard.
— Their cashmere has lasts me years. And if you buy them towards the end of the season, STOCK UP. It’ll keep you warm and stylish for years to come! This includes their cardigan, sweaters, turtlenecks and sarves.
— Their pants fit like Theory pants but without the Theory pricetag. I have so many pairs from the, from skinny to straight, you really can’t go wrong.
— Their jackets are modern but not too trendy. Great quality and very modern looking
And so much more… Club Monaco will always be a staple in my wardrobe since their clothes are such a superior kind of basic you won’t be able to live without them.

I like the clothing and would love to come here more often but they always seem too good for me when i go in … maybe it is the jeans and tank top i am usually in … but come on, it is on my block so i stop in while running errands … i wish i were cooler and maybe they wouldn’t glare so much …
the few times i have bought things i am glad i put up with the attitude for the item … do they know they work in the uws, we arent all that cool up here … oh well.

I love Club Monaco (CM) for work and casual clothes. They also have a great customer program going on with all kinds of awesome benefits like 20% off your purchase if you show a valid college ID and then there’s the über useful gratis hemming.
The staff was really courteous and looked awesome. They are a stylish breed.
I love that this location is in the UWS, close to everything else that I like! Beautiful building and close to freakin Magnolia bakery!
CM’s fit is also one of the best out there, especially for those with extra fluff around the stomach. The fabrics and construction of the clothes feel rich and offer a long life through many wash cycles.
I feel like if CM were a person, I’d aspire to be them.

I can’t believe no one has written a review for this location yet! There’s nothing particularly unique about this location — consistently nice clothes. The style is pretty simple, with bright pops of color every once in a while.
Also, this location is nice because there’s tons of good shopping in the area!
