Cleo is the ONLY person I’ve ever trusted to care for my sensitive skin, and she has my complete trust. I have been seeing Cleo for over five years now and my skin went from being troubled and irritable to receiving compliments. I don’t question her recommendations for facials or products — she has never done me wrong and considers my budget, recommending things she has high confidence are worth the investment. Her prices are VERY reasonable and I don’t remember ever having to wait. On top of her technical skills and gentle business approach she is a gem of a person — very kind and pleasant — I look forward to seeing her each time.

The most perfect facial ever. Relaxing. Painless. Thorough. Comprehensive. Excellent products. The spa is spotlessly clean. You walk out with glowing skin that lasts for weeks. I’ve had facials at the best spas in New York, the Berkshires, Northern California. .. they do not compare to Cleusa’s. Her appointment hours are very flexible which is so helpful.

Incredible facial. Never once have I come out with redness or splotches. Cleusa is reliable, resourceful, professional, kind and super accommodating. I have been going to her for facials for the last 10 years and I am always beyond satisfied with the results. She has also helped me determine the best self care approach with products and technique over the years. Can’t recommend her enough!
