Store credit only or exchange within 14 days. Their store credit is on a receipt as well, which is so easily misplaced.
This store isn’t worth the hassle. They have a limited selection: mostly sneakers and Uggs. Some brands they carry are Birkenstock, Nike, Puma, Ugg Australia, Converse, and some others. Not a lot of color section either.
I should have gone to another store, but I didn’t realize it was no refunds at the time. Now, I’m stuck with a store credit receipt. Hope I don’t lose it.

I managed to find a pair of shoes here that I never thought I’d find. Even got them at a discounted rate since they were 50% off. It’s mostly more casual, athletic shoes here but I did manage to find my business shoes that look fashionable, are comfy and even with a heel I didn’t expect to be comfortable felt more comfortable than other shoes I’ve had. Highly recommend this one.
