Great pictures were taken today. Great service from Alex. Easy to work with and he gives his professional advice and ideas on pictures and positions for pictures.

Here, at Cityrepro photos, I found a great service from the staff as I needed the headshot taken and reproductions and some retouching. I ordered $ 225 session and Alex took around 180 shots. From the 180 shots I selected around 20 shots I very like, but my agent picked 5 best. The 3 pics were edited beyond my expectations and I also ordered printing (best price in NYC I found). And surprisingly, I got the delivery in few days. Not too much, but overall I very liked the service and print quality. I did try other companies before, but I had problems or price was at least twice more, here at Cityrepro photos they don’t even charge setup fee at the time I placed an order, You should visit at least once.

I was very disappointed by City Repro’s customer service. When I asked for a refund of the shipping costs because my order was 5 days behind schedule, they refunded me in full, and intercepted the package without a single word to me. No communication whatsoever. If I was not receiving notifications from Paypal, I wouldn’t even have known not to wait for my order. I don’t recommend them, and won’t use their services again.

Since my last review of a headshot printing company was not in favor of them, I decided to write a review of a company I am very pleased with.
I had only 4 headshots left and needed a reprint on the cheaper side. While I love where I got my headshots printed initially, their re-​printing price didn’t strike my fancy. I heard about City Repro years ago, and since I didn’t need retouching or editing, I decided to give it a shot.
I used their online ordering one morning and decided on a modest 15 prints for $ 29.99. While there is a startup fee of $ 15, if you decide again to reprint the same image, you won’t have to pay the extra $ 15 again. I chose the smallest amount of prints since it’s almost summer and auditions are winding down.
All that was required on my end was to upload my picture. I didn’t need any of the extra features such as a border or text line since my the image I uploaded already included that. Within a few hours of submitting my order, I received an email confirmation that my prints were ready! Wow, same day service!
I ended up picking them up the following day and while the «Kodak» name is printed on the back, I don’t mind since my resume is usually stapled to the headshot anyway. I will say, the paper my headshot is printed on is a little thinner than I had before. Also, the image looks a little lighter but it works in my favor so I don’t mind.
Overall, I would highly recommend this company for strictly reprinting. I have not used their retouch services so I cannot comment on them. I’m thoroughly pleased!
