Came to this location today at 12:30pm for lunch. The guy in front of me orders a salad with double chicken. When he gets to the register, he pulls out a $ 100 bill and says this is all i have.(Chipotle does not accept $ 100 bills and there is a sign clearly posted at the register). A manager is called and confirms they do not accept $ 100 bills. The guy starts saying profanities and the cashier tells him his meal is free and to have a good day. Sooooooo a customer with«no money» to pay for his food gets his food for FREE and a customer like myself who has the money gets charged?! I won’t be returning, to insulting!

The food is good, just like other Chipotle restaurants, you can expect the consistent quality of food, this is the place I would sometimes come to pick up a quick lunch. Usually it won’t take longer than 10 mins from getting in line to check out. One thing I really don’t like about this place is the portion is smaller compared to other Chipotle places. I always order the chicken bowl no matter which Chipotle I went, but this location gives me very little chickens and rice. I should probably take a photo next time to show how small the portion is. The rice and chicken probably just sit at 1⁄3 height of the bowl. Not cool.

I don’t know if it’s the staff training at the beg of feb 2016 or something, but I thoroughly enjoyed my visit to chipotle today haha. Usually, everyone who works there looks like they HATE their job and give you bad attitude. Today, on the other hand, all of them made me smile allllll the way down the line to the register :) They were extra nice and friendly, which I really appreciated, especially during a lunch rush! Store looked pretty clean and tidy too. I still love their food, despite all the recent mishaps and people getting sick… burrito bowls are my favorite. Today I lined up to order, since I had to use my rainy day coupon(score!); line is super long, but moves pretty fast. If you can order online, definitely do that — you can just walk right to the cashier and pick up. Lots of seating available if you want to dine in. Will come back and update if I somehow get food poisoning in the next day or two, but for now, everything looks good! TIP: I’ve realized that the later you go in the day, the more food they pile on(enough for two meals for me sometimes!)…probably to get rid of inventory for the day to keep things fresh?

I went here the other day to grab a quick bite before a movie screening. Thanks to the e-coli scare of last year I didn’t need to wait in line at all. In fact while ordering I saw that they were implementing their new food safety inspections. In the end I ended up ordering a burrito that cost me $ 10. It can be a little pricey but well worth it as the food has always been delicious.

Got here around 2:15 so the line was extremely long but surprisingly moved pretty fast. Ordered a steak bowl and they were generous with their portions and everything tasted great. But I have to give them 3 stars because I ordered guac and chips and the cashier had already charged me for guac on my bowl when the guac was clearly placed in a cup waiting for its chips. Not a big deal, but just annoying –_–

12 minutes total from walking in, waiting in line, ordering and paying, and walking out, all during lunch rush hour. If you know what you want and are efficient in communicating what you want, you’ll leave satisfied. No complaints at all! It’s really not the employees fault if the lines are long and there’s a slight wait for the preparation of the meat. I am very impressed with how the current staff(as of 10÷12÷15) handles the lunch rush.

This place moves insanely fast and I love it. There were probably about 40 people in front of me and I was up to the front in 9 minutes flat. An LA chipotle would’ve taken 30 minutes to get through that many people or just given up and shut the whole place down. Every chipotle in NYC is about this fast but this one was on another level. If you’re in a rush for lunch you will be in and out for your 30, no worries Bonnie: stop crying, with how fast they are I’m willing to pick a friendship bracelet out of my burrito bowl in order to make it back to work on time

After years of ordering burritos at Chipotle, there is a tried and tested way to make my burrito. Which is why I was furious that the employees barely gave me the opportunity to choose what I wanted. While they asked what kind of rice I wanted, they were already scooping brown rice into my bowl. I had asked for white rice. It was like this the entire way down the line. By the time the lady started to scoop sour cream and cheese into my lactose intolerant bowl, I was shouting out my order to a visibly irritated employee who I suppose wanted a more streamlined order. Rude. I get that it gets busy and there is a line, but customers have unique orders at places that accommodate those like Chipotle and employees should be prepared for that.

This is a good chipotle over all, just a little ticked that they got my online order wrong. I specified no cilantro on my rice people. And I wrote it in all caps what els do I need to do so I don’t get my order wrong?

The line is horrific during lunch(12−2PM), and sometimes pretty bad outside of those hours. For that reason, I would advise always ordering ahead when you can, because they’re very good about preparing your order punctually. However, the downside is that your food is a lot worse. Or, at the very least, the portion is smaller. I tend to get burrito bowls from here, and it is definitely the worse-portioned Chipotle I’ve ever been to. The quality stays in the normal Chipotle range, and I’ve definitely had some solid steak bites, but overall, it’s not incredible(Chipotle in general isn’t, fyi). When ordering in the line, the quality is a tiny bit better – it’s fresher, bigger portions, and prepared a little better. Service is also pretty great through that method. Also, given the line, they actually do a decent job of making the process smoother, although they can be rude if you’re not immediately responsive to a question. Honestly, if the line wasn’t terrible, this could get bumped up a star, but all things considered, it’s hard to say this place is worth going to for lunch, especially considering where it is. There are plenty of better places around at the same price and lower wait times.

Poor service and food isn’t the same as other locations. Too salty, vegetables seem overcooked and bland. Not a fan of the location at all. It literally across the street from my job and I do not go because of this. Disappointed

«Meh. I’ve experienced better.» What Unilocal’s trusty rating system dictates for a two-star establishment could not have explained my experience with this place any better. Traditionally, when I look at chain establishments, I compare them to other locations. This particular branch unfortunately, is unimpressive in several areas, including taste, service, value, portion size, and convenience. In particular, the portion size is a glaring negative aspect of this 7th Avenue location. I actually observed the server carefully calculate the portion to be approximately 2⁄3 of the large spoon he was using. Quite simply, I stared at him in disbelief. In the words of a coworker, it was as if he was being judged in a contest to give the least amount possible without the customer noticing. To me, however, it was clearly obvious, and I certainly did not feel satisfied after finishing my meal. Also, forget about online ordering at this location. I once attempted to order a late 1:30pm lunch, and the first available pickup time was 3pm. It’s no wonder that other Unilocalers have had issues with this usually convenient option. The two locations I have been to in New Jersey simply blow this location out of the water. Stick with another location or, better yet, go to Taqueria Tehuitzingo on 9th Ave and 41st St.

Chipotle is always great! The only thing to keep in mind is that this location is right in the midst of a bunch of office buildings so the line is often super long during lunch hours. The workers work super fast to keep things moving so it’s a good idea to consider what you want and be ready to order as soon as you get to the counter.

I placed an online order and made my friend go get it for me once it was pick up time. He gets to the location and they tell him my order isn’t there. So I call up the store and tell hen my name and they said«oh it’s here» I make my friend go back to the store for what once more him be told that it wasn’t there. I called and the person on the phone again lied to me saying it was, I just hung up and my friend had to order from the store with was so stupid especially since I placed an online order. They need to get their online ordering shit fixed if I ordered something I expect it to be there-.-

Don’t have much to complain about of Chipotle. It is essentially what you see is what you get. I think location and the people who is helping you factors into your experience a great deal. I remember when I was in downtown Denver, CO for work, I usually eat Chipotle very often for dinner just because it’s inexpensive and it just taste good. According to one of my friend, there’s a secret/trick into getting them to give you more of each things. I usually don’t request anything, I just tell them what I want and that’s it. Food: The food is above average. It’s not going to blow your taste buds out the water but it’s going to keep you happy if you’re looking for a quick bite. My choice is the steak bowl that comes with brown rice, pinto beans, lettuce, diced tomatoes, grilled onions and green pepper, guacamole, and their spicy sauce. When you mix it all up it just looks like mush but it definitely taste better than it looks. There’s not much else to say except I wish their steak were seasoned more and less dry. Service: There is no sit down service, but this specific location nearby my work(Times Square) there is always a huge line that wraps around(makes like a giant«U» inside the restaurant). Décor: It’s a chain so every other Chipotle will look the same if not very similar. The places that I’ve been too including this one always looked sanitary to me. Final thoughts: I would go back here from time to time. I just happened to crave chipotle because my brother mentioned it and it was stuck in my head. P. S. Nothing related to the food, but I was very shocked when I first found out that their stock did extremely well like a year or two ago. I haven’t checked their stock price right now, but when I heard their stock was worth $ 180+ per share I was like holy crap… they must be doing something right.

Love Chipotle. Big mistake going on May 5th. Huge line waiting at lunch. But wanted it! Craved it! Had to have it! The line was long but the wait wasn’t bad. Ordered my food and was able to find an open table. As always, the food was consistently good! I’m a happy camper!

It’s Chipotle. It’s a chain. It really does not differ that much from location-to-location, but this is my go-to place. I love fast food chains like Chipotle, but because in this very active and vibrant city that never sleeps, you also need food to keep up with your fast pace. Often, I’ve had to turn to greasy, unhealthy fast food for lunch, but no longer. Chipotle is my new favorite. I usually do either the bowl with shredded beef(oh my god, it’s heaven) and put everything on it. It’s heaven. The salads are good too. Bowl. Brown rice. Black beans. Just the right amount of sour cream, hot salsa, cheese, lettuce and corn. MMMMMMM! $ 9 total incl tax. Can you say awesome?

The line is ridiculous! This chipotle is always packed during lunch hour between 1230pm-230pm. The workers are FAST and the line moves quick. Great lunch spot that never fails to deliver. I love to get their vege bowl w/a big scoop of guacamole.

The line around lunchtime… absolutely insane. You’d think it’s a line for Jay-Z tickets. Food… so fulfilling like always! I personally get chicken burrito bowl with peppers and everything on it, including guac. Comes out to $ 10.75. Lasts me for lunch and dinner. Seating. ample space to sit down, even during rush hour. Think it’s because people take their lunch to go. Servers… are like robots. They move super quick.
